Worst customer service ever, went in after church to get my grandbaby a kids meal $6.00 they gave me 10 French fries yes I counted them. I showed lady the box and asked if they could give more fries. She called Mgr over who stated no but requested to give me a refund. I took refund she threw in trash. I mentioned that she lost more by giving refund and throwing food in trash vs giving a couple more fries. The Mgr stated oh well and walked off. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER.
Got a fried chicken salad to go when I got home I may have had two pieces of chicken on my salad their prices have gone up and their chicken has gone down I was very disappointed with the amount of chicken on my salad. And this is not the first time this has happened but it will be my last time won't be back to this location for chicken salad
This place is awful - I have given them the benefit of the doubt way too often. Orders are wrong 50% of the time, that is not an exaggeration. This time was the last straw. Ordered 10 teriyaki boneless wings for my cousin's kids. Get home - literally they gave use the hottest thing on the menu. Inedible for kids. Receipt says teriyaki. I'd suggest throwing your money away and save your gas. You'll be better off.
They have messed up my drive thru order so many times it is a joke. You would think they are doing it on purpose. Then you throw in the pull over to spot number-- and you sit and wait 20 plus minutes for a single item. They sell one thing and they cannot even get that right. Cup is full of ice and has very little drink in the cup.
We definitely recommend Zaxbys in Easley SC.. we visited this location today for a early dinner. Once entering through the front door we were greeted with "a huge smile and a warm friendly welcome to Zaxbys, will you folks be dinning in with us tonight"? and we said yes.. Ms CAROLE.. is such a asset to the frontline at Zaxbys Easley SC.. A big ole thank you Ma'am for making out dinning experience GREAT! Johnny and Patricia Poole...
I go to zaxbys drive through about 1 time a week. My order is always wrong on some level. I have to park go inside to get it correct. Never any apologies or try to make up for it. On one trip the food was so bad it went in the trash.
Ordered inside and waited over 39 minutes just for two kids checked finger meals. Watched 5 drive thru orders get sent out for every one ordered inside. That's with only 1 drive thru open
Wonderful family restaurant, great food and great customer service.. Even though fried pickles are usually limited time, those are my favorite and I hope they get brought back soon.
Zaxby's has always been a reliable and good place to get drive thru in late evening until recently. The worst was last night, cold and I mean cold food and no slaw in finger plate and burnt toast
This was the most horrible experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The fries were very salty, and when I walked up to the counter the cashier just stared at me waiting for me to say something. The chicken tenders are very small and so aren't the boneless wings especially for the price that you pay for them. I will not be eating here again nor will I recommend a Zaxby's to anybody that I know.
