This subway used to be good, up until maybe 6 months ago. Now the food quality is horrible, the employees move at the pace of snails and aren’t very customer service orientated. I’ve never in my life seen a subway take 20 minutes per sandwich. If you have a 3 hour lunch break and don’t care if your food is fresh, by all means give this place a chance. However, if you prefer fresh food and timely service, go elsewhere.
Never go here! The service is terrible. The food is poor quality. God forbid if a mistake is made on your order. Called in to let them know a mistake was made. Told to bring it in for a new sandwich. Only to get there and have the manager refuse to replace the product. Terrible business sense. Will never return.

The lady was very rude and did not change her gloves out. I asked for extra pickles and she argued and told me no. I will never come back to this subway.
Unprofessional, slow, sloppy, on their phones, especially the girl who doesn't wear any covering. Gave them 3 chances, I won't be back. Get your act together.
Called ahead of time to ask if I could place a order and the workers hung up on me without responding. When I called back they picked the phone up and hung up, since I was picking up the order for a coworker I stopped by there anyways and it took them 5 mins or more to come out from the back of the store. I would've understood the way they hung up on me on the phone if they had explained they couldn't do orders on the phone instead of just hanging up on me or even if they were busy but they didn't have a single customer in the store when I arrived
