Today was my first time at this location. I was not happy or impressed. The drive through line was long and I decided to go inside to order. There were two very hardworking people at the drive through but no one working the front counter. I waited , thinking they must be short staffed. After about 5/6 minutes standing there, the drive thru worker noticed us. She immediately got on her microphone and called for someone to come put from the back, informing them they had customers. Again, I waited 2/3 minutes. Then once again, the same girl calls for help from the back. Finally out walks two teen girls giggling and acting silly and one steps up to take my order bur kept being distracted because she wanted to turn around to see what her friend was up to. I finally got my order taken and then waited over 15 minutes to get two drinks. And Heidi was not friendly at all when she tossed two drinks at me and one wasn't wasn't mine so I told her I had only ordered one of the drinks infront of me, she snapped "IM MAKING THE OTHER ONE"! I haven't ever waited that long at a Starbucks or even had any issues at all with customer service. I think I'll stick to the store in Powdersville, they are always kind and quick.

Very friendly baristas that don’t make you feel rushed or like a number but a valued customer, the store and parking lot is always clean and coffee is always great!
This is a busy location and that's great. However, they could use some help with their mobile pickups. When I go there and say my name and they tell me my order is not ready, I assume that when my order is ready they'll call my name. Unfortunately, I waited another 10 minutes and finally went up and said is my order ready and it was sitting there.
Extremely rude service experience unfortunately. Maybe the girl in the drive thru was just having a bad day, I get it, I have bad days too. But she went above and beyond to be as hateful as possible because I had to come back because my order wasn’t right. I wasn’t even upset about the wrong order, mistakes happen. I just wanted to get what I ordered.
The coffee was great.opens at 4:30 am.
Super friendly customer service at this location. Very personal interaction in a good way. Not just here's your coffee leave me alone, next coffee... It was definitely a 'crafted' drink. Good job

I always come in around 5am because of my schedule, Tyler and Seth are the best!!!! I normally get my usual coffee, but I started my monthly and I didn’t feel so good nor did I want coffee. Seth and Tyler came up with a drink for me and it was so good!!! they understood the assignment 100% i hope they know they made my entire day with just one drink that they thought of themselves to make me happy.
