I love sonic so much it’s the best great service my brother works their and he makes great burgers my brother is Michael so hopefully my brother made y’all’s burgers also I LOVE THE SLUSHYS

Pull into the drive thru to get breakfast before work. Which I double checked the hours of operations to make sure I wasn't too early. I was there at 7:50am. I waited for 15 mins at the speaker, no one ever greeted me nor did any one answer when I spoked. Pull up to the window & again no one answered. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I ended up leaving and not ordering anything. I haven't been back since, nor do I plan on it.

We did a mobile order and wanted to try the new pickle fries, we ordered a burger the pickles and two drinks.The girl brings the food out and is automatically unfriendly, I look in my bag and there was no pickles so I say “I ordered pickles” and she said “Um we’re out of pickles” and that’s it so I asked if they took it off the receipt she said yes, after she walked away we seen that they in fact did not take them off so then we had to push the button and a gentleman told us that we could get something else in there place, we ended up getting tater tots, but why was that not offered when the food was delivered? Why did they lie and say they didn’t charge us for the pickles? They definitely thought we wouldn’t notice and they would’ve stole that few dollars from us. Definitely haven’t had a great experiences with sonics in this area.

Came for dinner tonight after the lake with my family. Not sure who took my order but she could use some retraining on how to take orders. Rushed me my entire time and continued to sigh after I added one more thing on my small $25 at most order for my family of 5. I’m sorry, but there were plenty of other cars and people to be tended to so I wasn’t the issue. I am not sure what is being taught about customer service but it needs to be implemented a little more. All we could do is laugh at how poorly we were treated

Waited over 26 minutes on food, menu said food was on the way. Never showed at all asked worker said they didn’t have it. I payed for my food and never got my money nor food. Will never eat here again.

Very disappointed with their technology today. This location was not connecting with the app so you couldn't order on it and get any of the "exclusive app specials" for anything. Then it was too far to hit an alternative location that the app would work at. So my Sonic fix will have to wait for another time this weekend. Not sure who's at fault here, Corp or location, but it needs some work. They need a backup plan to honor the app pricing when issues arise with it, instead of just "sorry, we apologize".

This Sonic was average in my opinion. Ordered a Foot Long Coney all the way and fries to go. The hotdogs itself was fine, but all it had on it was a small amount of chili... nothing else. The fries were average, too. They were somewhat busy. However, it took quite a while for my order to be brought out to me. The service was friendly and courteous. Not at the top of my list for a return visit any time soon, but I will go back at some point and hope they can do better.

Foods is usually good. Very expensive for what you get. Most of the time only the drive through is open. Quit often They are out of alot of items like french fries, tater tots, onion rings.

Not only was it slow The burger had been sitting for a while and the fries were cold. I’ve been to this sonic many times in the past, for the last few times I’ve been it’s been really bad food. That was my last visit there.

I usually get the mozzarella sticks and blue powerade slushie! I'm not sure why the person taking orders always sounds so rude, but the food is good!
