We had Smokin J’s cater an event for 30 people. The service, communication, and pricing were excellent. They arrived on time and set up quickly. The food was excellent and there was plenty to go around and some left over. When we have another I will use them again. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Hands down the best BBQ in these parts. It doesn't matter if you go with the pulled pork or the chicken or the brisket or the ribs -- it's all delicious. And the sides are outstanding. The first time I ate at SP, I left feeling that it seemed expensive. Compared to other BBQ joints, it is on the high side. However, you get plenty of food. We usually leave with a couple of to-go boxes with enough food in each for another meal for both of us. So when you consider you get two meals out of it, it's not that expensive. Yes, I could eat it all in one sitting, but I want to walk out instead of being rolled out. The BBQ is smoked for hours in their smoker and the flavor melts in your mouth. This BBQ is not cooked in an oven and then drenched in sauce. Sauce is on the table, but good BBQ doesn't need any sauce. I will use a little sauce every now and then just to alter the flavor a little. Most of the time there's a wait to get a table, but it's worth the wait.

The pulled pork is delicious. The sauces are amazing! The ribs are amazing too, but recently have gotten ridiculously expensive. Sides are amazing. --The slaw is great. The fries are great. The cheese grits are really good. The loaded potato casserole is good. Always a good meal!
I stopped in for some beef brisket. It was great. They do a great job of preparing the meat and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ll be back for more.
Good BBQ, chopped chicken, sweet potatoes fries and sweet potato crunch here and at the one in Pendleton (LaFrance). Reasonable cost and veteran's discount.
This is a great local BBQ restaurant. Food is consistently good. It is popular though so get there early or there may be a wait to be seated.
