Don't believe the store hours! Go early. Last night (Friday) my family and I went to Rapid Fire at about 8:45 in the evening. Not sure what was going on but the crew seemed to be more interested in going home early than serving customers. To start with we ordered cinna bread with only cinnamon on about 1/2 the pizza and no frosting. Other pizzas ordered were incoorect We finally got our order and sat down to eat. at 9:10 the crew lined chairs arcoss the access to the drink machine and they began to tell customers the lobby was closed (the sign on the door says they are open till 10 on Friday). When we left it was about 9:35 and the young lady working the lobby turn off the open sign and locked the door, even though there were customers sitting outside. It was clear that customers were in their way. Very poor experience.
First off this review is not about the taste of the pizza. It is about the consistency and sizes of toppings. Before the menu changed to one topping two toppings three plus toppings price when you built your own pizza there was no limit on the proteins now it's a limit of two or Atleast that's what my server told us. So I order chicken and meatballs. The chicken was bottom of the container shredded and pieces and I got a very little scoop not even full on my pizza. Then there was the meatballs I got 10 little meatball the size of sausage on the whole pizza. Then the placement was all in one area so half the pizza had no meatballs and half no chicken.Then comes the veggies not as stringy with those but all piled in the middle of the pizza. Please when you train your employees teach them how to evenly place toppings on a pizza. Who wants a pizza with six toppings and not one slice has all six.Take ten extra seconds and make sure the cheese and toppings are evenly covered. Pretty bad when little Caesars has more and better distributed toppings. 21 dollars for 2 ten inch half made pizzas is a little crazy. Come on guys if you are going to charge premium prices give premium products and service. There are way to many places to choose from. Maybe cook it rapid fired but slow down on the assembly.
Pizza was pretty good.But they spilled tea on me, and not did not apology for it.So l let that go.But the price was high for what we got.Two small pizza's and two drinks and a Tea Bath was Way over Thirty Dollars,l don't think we will be going back.
I came in today around 4:15 on 2/28. The food was alright for the price point. The guy who made my pizza was great and so was the manager. The reason for my three star review was for now the person who took my order responded to me. I understand people have bad days, but hear me out. I’ve never been there before. I had ordered a 9” pizza not realizing it was a pan pizza. I wanted a thin crust so I changed my order to the 11”. When I did this, the person taking my order shot me a dirty look and rolled her eyes and said something to the effect of “not like I have better things to do than sit here while you change your mind.”The last I checked, I’m spending MY money. I didn’t say anything or escalate a situation. I decided to leave this review for her. It took a total of five seconds to rewrite my order. I could have turned around and left but I guess I was in too much shock. I am a chef for a living and if I found out ANY of my staff treated a patron like that, I would fire them on the spot. There was no excuse for her behavior.
I have celiacs disease (gluten free) and the staff has been amazing to make sure my food is gluten free and has taken every step to make sure food is gluten free. Gluten free menus is easy to read online also. The managers are great about pulling ingredients from the back and not the buffet. Would definitely recommend
Great food, one issue…dining room closes but can still do take out…I’m ok with this but, when you call to find out before you leave home if you can sit down to eat and have a fountain drink and no one will answer the phone when you call either. Gets confusing and at that point we just go somewhere else.

Been there like a dozen times, some of the best pizza you can get around here and its only a few bucks more then one of the bigger franchises

Fast personal pizzas with sauces to compliment your pizza. Fast, reasonable and good. The crust is not crisp enough for my liking but the options are good and creative. Good way to get pizza and everyone is happy because everyone can get what the want
