Food was hot and good. Had to wait on chicken, but didn't mind. Because it was hot and tasty!

If I could give 0 stars...I would. We ordered a family meal through doordash. We did not receive half. So, we called and placed a 2nd order. They told the Dasher they would make it fresh, then decided to go ahead and make less than half and lock up.All in all, we paid over $130 and never received a full meal.Doordash blamed Popeyes, Popeyes wouldn't call back. They literally stole my money and refused to make my food.I will never order from them again.

Been three times and everything they say they don't have chicken ready. 6:00 on Sunday evening! How can you not have chicken ready. Third time it's happened. Can you imagine going to McDonalds and they tell you they have no cheeseburgers??#SMH

Very disappointed and disgusted, really like coming here on Sundays after church. And I don’t mind waiting because we know everybody is shorthanded right now. But what bother me more than anything was the gentleman that was making the chicken sandwiches was using his bare hands look at your cameras I literally just threw the chicken sandwiches away. So I guess I threw my money away. Thanks for not teaching your employees how to handle other peoples food. The lady that was taking the orders in the front she was wearing all black she might’ve been the manager? She was trying to be nice doing so much. but the other lady that’s in the green that has shift leader somebody needs to coach her our teacher about Customer/Guest respect. And no not every customer is right about everything. she was so rude to people if she spoke to me like she spoke to other people she would be wearing my chicken sandwiches. She needs some attention she needs to be cooking in the back and not dealing with the public if you’re that nasty to people you should not have came to work. No excuses.

They failed to include my rice and beans in my order. Didn't realize it until I got home. Not wanting to deal with the traffic I called. Left a voice mail message hoping to hear from someone. Crickets.Days turned into weeks. Finally emailed corporate. Three emails from them telling me someone local will call me... Crickets.Drove over there today to speak with the manager. As I approach the establishment I noticed he was locking the lobby doors, this was at 2:00 in the afternoon. So I had to walk up to the drive through window. The kid was so unprofessional, not even wanting to admit it's even possible for this to have happened. I showed him my credit card transaction, all he could say was, " that was last month". Yeah, and I'm still waiting to hear from you.It no wonder the place is empty.Someone please provide him work some training in customer service!Oh, by the way, I did get my rice and beans and he threw in two pieces of chicken and a biscuit, but gave me a small rice & bean. My original order was a large! SMH

Went to this location after coming back from GA. I ordered the same meal in GA. It was absolutely delicious big juice and filling.Fast forward to this easley location. I ordered the same spicy chicken sandwich meal. Went through drive thru. Something told me to check my order. I couldn't believe what I saw. It was a tiny piece of dry chicken between two stale bums. No spicy sauce no pickle . Dry as a bone. I beeped the horn and told the worker what happened. The manager comes to the window. A Caucasian lady. I tell her what happened and she tells me that's the only size chicken then have. I told her if your going to serve baby food size chicken sandwiches then you better have discount baby food prices. Then I asked her how come it didn't give sauce and a pickle and way was it so dry ?she had no response I demanded and got my money back. Do yourself a favor never eat at this location unless you walk in and watch them make the foot. The manager and this location is pathetic.

Ordered a chicken sandwich it was just okay, was not very thick, at least not chicken thick, it was however breading thick. Also ordered a chicken breast it was somewhat dry the crust was just okay. I've had Popeyes that was just fantastic - this is not one of them, or at least not today.

Ok I hate to change a review I gave them such a positive one two years ago but over that time things have changed dramatically. Everytime I go my order is messed up in some way either something isn't given to me or it's completely wrong from what I put just like my recent order yesterday I ordered the 14 piece tenders and three of them were really spicy when I ordered mild the mashed potatoes were overly spicy and had huge chunks of fatback in them which I'm confused by but anyway the staff haven't be curtious at all they seem like they hate their job and typically have a really bad attitude with that being said it will be hard for me to go to this location again I have one a bit further away that I'm willing to go to this place needs to change asap or it will not last

We went through drive thru and were greeted friendly. They did ask us to pull forward, so they could drop fresh chicken tenders and fries for our order.

I eat at Popeyes a lot. I enjoy the food, and, I must add that I was a Food Service Manager for 45 years so I look at things a little different than most people. But tonight, 2/1/2022, I went to Popeyes with my wife for supper. We walked in the door and was quickly greeted and informed the dining room was closed and I would have to go through the drive thru. I went through the drive thru as asked. We ordered 2 of the Box and More, one with Slaw and fries, the other with two slaws. I get up to the window, and they took our payment, then informed us they were out of Slaw. We ordered double fries with extra ketchup. When we got home with the meals, there were no packets of ketchup, no dipping sauces as requested, and no napkins. Inexcusable. There was three people working the line and kitchen. Plenty to have been running just the drive thru with excellent service. If this type of service is acceptable with the manager, I can go to another restaurant. I know what can and can't be done with the amount of people on staff. And all I was seeing was laziness, and I must add, there was four cars through the drive thru. Two in front of me and one behind. On that note, Popeyes has always had a good quality product and I can appreciate that, believe me. But with the treatment I received in Easley, South Carolina, I will not be frequenting it as much as I have in the past, and not sure if I will go to the one in Mauldin, South Carolina as well.
