Waited over 10 minutes for one couple to place an order and then break $50 bill – that was a total ordeal. Only one person running any cash register. He never requested that I give him or input my Panera card number.I also was paying in cash also and gave a $10 bill with a quarter as it was $6.20. He had already “input” the $10 bill and stated he could not give me back change and could not take the quarter nor could he figure that out in his head-made absolutely no sense.Ultimately this six dollars yogurt smoothie was 10 ounces-unbelievably over priced and disappointing.Bottom line the Panera in Easley is run by people that I don’t think have a high school degree and is definitely understaffed. Do not waste your time. Go to Clemson or Greenville or Anderson.

Always good service and good food. Bathrooms were clean and food was hot but quick

When you ask for a pastry to be heated and they point to a microwave to use yourself, then put the pastry on a plate that doesn't fit in the microwave...poor customer service.

We went here on a Thursday and service at the drive through was poor. So my wife said give them a second chance came back on Tuesday went inside and they redeem themselves. The cashier on the inside and the prep cook was awesome and attentive same time both times but total different experience. I seen the staff member that was short and rude and was happy to speak to someone else. When service is bad some how the food taste thesame way... Move her from the drive through..

Just got home from ordering at the drive thru opened the bowl of chicken noodle I ordered and it was all broth! No chicken or noodles or veggies what so ever. Very disappointed.

The food was great but the soup portions are a little too small

Terrible experience unfortunately. Steak & cheese sub sandwich wasn’t heated throughout, cold in center while hot on outside. Badly constructed as well. Hardly any meat inside! Mostly bread! Worst part though was the massive quantity of horseradish sauce all over it! There was SOOO much horseradish that my eyes were watering, my nose and mouth were on fire! It was miserable! Couldn’t even finish it! Such a shame for an $11 sandwich!

I'm choosing 2 stars over 1 star as this particular Panera hasn't always been disorganized as it is recently. They have definitely cut the portions for the sandwiches, less meat, less toppings, no longer nicely layered. The soups are often cold. Some part of the order is always missing. They don't tell you when they're out of an item, so when you've ordered online and prepaid, you are not told about the missing item when you pick it up, not supplied a replacement, nor are you offered reimbursement. With the cost you are paying, I would at least appreciate reimbursement or a gift card for the amount I overpaid. When brought to their attention after I've checked my order in their parking lot, they've offered alternatives, butI have to complain as there is no forethought. The staff is still nice, and there's hope for the location returning to how it was before as every once in a while, everything is how it should be. Unfortunately, it's more of a disappointment now. Makes it hard to want to go there for the cost I paid.

Fast and friendly! No complaints.

What can I say?!! Panera has excellent food and customer service, and although not low calorie ??‍♀️, their Mac N Cheese is to die for!
