I typically do not do this but after the same experience multiple times each time worse than the previous visit maybe atleast someone in charge might see this. There needs to be a serious evaluation of the efficiency of this store. First of all It is dirty inside, secondly we have now numerous times ordered online and today we are nearly an hour later… 30 mins past the scheduled time of the order and I was informed my order was given to someone else even though they had not begun it when I walked in. To top it off you have multiple employees out back taking a smoke break. As someone who’s worked out in the sun all day and a family to get home to this is very disheartening and again not the first or second time of this same story. I understand things happen, short handed on staff or peak times but there’s not a soul inside eating and it surely shouldn't be my experience this many times. It is not up to the standard of other moes.
Went in to eat here and the food line was a mess, dried food everywhere and mixed food in each container. No call for this and no management, the kids on the line didn’t want to be there one girl was trying to do everything.They were out of queso and it took them 15 minutes to get some more ready . One guy on the line just up and walked off to do the trash and left the line backed up for the three girls to handle.The floors are a mess and there is a black trail from the side door all the way outside to the dumpster. They must not know what a pressure washer is because that is what they need to use to clean up the trash trail on the floor and concrete.My advice is to steer clear of this Moe’s they don’t care about the customers or the way the restaurant looks.
The reason for this 5-star review today is because although the girl had almost forgotten one of the cookies and the kids sour cream on the side and maybe one other thing she was open to physical verification which like 0 mistakes at the end. Also a very happy customer who it happens to work at another restaurant in town knows me and told his wife we're going to have a good experience today LOL
We called in our order en route to the restaurant, and arrived at the time the online ordering system said our order would be ready. The order had not been pulled in order to allow for preparation. The staff was disorganized and there was no indication that a manager was in charge or had a sense of what was taking place. Repeated trips to the service line were required to get all the items for our order. The restaurant was filthy, there were spills in front of the drink area, and tables had not been cleaned.
Walk in and the immediately see the line is not taken care of. All beans, chicken, and the rice is dried out. The oven they use for the tortillas to not cleaned it has black burnt parts all over it. The guacamole is all dried and not fresh the lettuce has a brown tint to it no longer green. It all needs to be cleaned
This place is gross!!! Walked inside and immediately notice the filth on the floors on the tables, walls and even on the glass over the “fresh” food area. Don’t even get me started with the grills they use.
I got a free burrito for my birthday. It was delicious.
The food is great as always but I ate in today and wow what a mess. The bathrooms are completely neglected and so are the booths. Thats gross. Im hoping that cleanliness throught the entire restaurant is not reflecting the same.
Last time we ate there it was very dirty, they did not get the order right and would not fix it properly and then my wife tried to eat there today with our service dog and they refused to let her stay and order even with all his identification and certifications she showed them!!!! This place is very poor with terrible service we will never eat there again and recommend no one else does either!!!!
The best customer service I've ever had at Moe's. The nice cashier carried my tray to a table because I use a walker. The burritos and nachos are delicious
