I ordered over 24.00 of food! When I got home two of my items weren’t in the bag. So I called, and I was trying to explain what happen. When I was cut off in mid sentence. Put on hold for 5 minutes then I was hung up on. So I called back! Telling this child how rude it was for her to hang up on a customer. She never said I’m sorry about that. NEVER!!!! She was rude!! I asked for the number to corporate. She said we don’t have it here?REALLY!!! We only had the Website. This is why I stop going to McDonald’s. I only went this time, because I was babysitting my grandkids. I gave them one star, and that’s because I was being nice. Unlike that unprofessional manager.

Horrible customer service. Was missing an item literally off the dollar menu and the staff argued with me after I pulled everything out of the bag and asked me to give them the bag back. I would have paid an extra dollar to get my missing item and skipped them arguing. I finally told them just to forget it.. and left without the item I paid for!! Not to mention the guy handed me the wrong happy meal and asked me to open and check asked for it back and gave to the car behind me. How sanitary! I will not go back!

I'm not sure where to start, there were about ten cars in front of me in the drive through and it took me 53 minutes to get my food. Even after two cats left in front of me and about five behind me left. Once I finally got to the window, I had to reorder and he went back to tell the kitchen. After about a five minute wait (which made me think they were cooking fresh food) the dude walks around the corner and hands me a bag. I handed him money and he didn't know that he hadn't charged me yet (I should've driven off) but I paid anyway. he took another three minutes just to ring the food up and I realized that it was cold while he was doing that. I was out of time so I didn't even make sure my change was correct and left. I will highly recommend coming here to my worst enemies. Everyone else should run away. I understand that it's a McDonald's but never I'm my life have I had an experience like this.

They are pretty quick. I hate that they stopped doing all day breakfast. Staff are friendly but I often wonder what sense does it make to have these people standing outside in the heat to take your card to a shed. Not understanding the difference between that and using the window. But I've never had a problem with my order being wrong. I don't even check my bag at the window anymore. Everything is there.

Absolutely horrendous. Put in a mobile order, sat in the parking spot for 20 minutes waiting for the food to come out and it never did, so I finally went inside and was handed cold food that had been sitting on the back counter for the last 20 minutes I presume, two drinks, one of which wasn't mine, didn't get sauce for my nuggets, and also got absolutely no apology for the fact that I'd waited 20 minutes and finally had to go into the store. Customer service from the incompetent.

I got to the restaurant at 7:31 and was checked in and parked by 7:32. My order came out at 7:47 they had gone through a long line twice by this point without bringing out a mobile order. When the order came out it was missing half the items including all the drinks. The server came back out at 7:51 with one item a basket of fries at this point I have my food which is rapidly getting cold. At 7:55 he has not returned with the drinks so I call. By 8:03 they send someone out to check my recite my food is cold I inform the server who just goes gets the drinks and apologizes for my wait. The drinks were both mediums one was supposed to be small and one large the sundae was melted and my food was cold before it even got to my family. This visit was horrible and the staff didnt seem to care one way or the other they offered a single half hearted apology and walked off. I would give zero stars if I could. Any other McDonald’s is better than this.

Literally just had the worst experience ever!! Started off with the rude employee taking my order over the intercom. Leading to getting to the first window to where this employee was completely clueless on his job. Therefor getting to the 2nd window and being told to pull up. No problem. Until 30 minutes til by and then things get ridiculous. They handled the whole entire situation so unprofessional. I left hungry and unsatisfied with the whole establishment.

TO EASLEY SOUTH CAROLINA MCDONALDS RESPECT YOUR ELDERS! My mother went there today and said the guy working drive through was very short, rude, and aggravated after she tried to place her order. He was repeating the order too fast back to her and getting aggravated with her because she was having a hard time understanding him! KINDNESS AND MANNERS GO A LONG WAY!!! She is elderly and can’t hear good! Treat others as you would like to be treated!. Believe in Karma! What goes around comes around!. Learn some patience and some manners McDonalds of Easley! Do not treat people like this! Especially the elderly!!!! I know they are busy but anyone working drive through needs to be polite at all times. Do not be short….rude…. & disrespectful! Our order was completely messed up and we were over charged!

For maybe the past year there has been a lot of dissatisfaction when ordering food at the drive thru of most fast food places. McDonald's was one of the worst. At one point there were 5 times in a row our order was incorrect. It was so frustrating because two of the main reasons for using the drive thru is the convenience and it being quicker than going inside. My second job as a teenager was at this one. Back then the training was much different than what I have to assume it is today. A favorite saying of the owners was ' If you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean.' My work ethic is strong today and I contribute that to the things I learned when working here. It seems to have changed tremendously from then to now. But lately I have seen a huge improvement in this McDonald's. I go through the drive thru at two or three times a week. Sometimes more. They have been getting all of my orders correctly. The employees are also much more friendly. They are more polite so you aren't feeling like being a customer is an inconvenience for them. They are also quick. You get in line, order, pick your order up, and are on your way in no time. I love the improvement.
