The Steaks was Juicy and oh so Tender and the Mac and Cheese well let's just say I haven't tasted any better anywhere even at home. The food was Excellent we got seated quickly and the Waitress was very friendly. It was just me and my wife and we got one of the most expensive steaks on the Menu which was around $30.00 dollars each. But in this economy that's not bad. I would recommend this place and I would go back again next time I'm wanting a delicious steak.
We have been to this Longhorn multiple times and it’s usually not this bad. We came with our whole family which ended up being 16 of us. (6 Children)We got there early and didn’t mind waiting for a table because we knew we had a large party. Well they told us we all couldn’t sit together because they couldn’t put more than 2 tables together to form a large table. So for Mother’s Day most of us couldn’t sit with our mom. We ended up with 1 booth and 2 small tables put together. The issue I have though is that the 2 tables they put together were very small tables. They could have give us a small table and large table and we all could have sat together without them breaking their own rules. We asked for this multiple times and nobody even considered the idea because we were already sitting down. It’s was very frustrating. Then the waitress we had was very careless. When giving us refills of tea she overflowed my brothers cup onto the table, laughed, then did it to mine and didn’t say sorry or even try to help clean it up, she just walked off and pretended to forget about it. Like I know she’s busy but it was just kinda rude.Overall this experience wasn’t great.I know waitresses are underpaid and I know that it’s difficult to hire people right now, but for a customer service establishment more care should be taken for your customers at dinner. Professionalism is important.
Great food, service, and drinks! They also handle gluten-free options with excellent care!
Came in as a party of 5 at 6:30 on a Monday. No wait time. The food was delicious. However the burger bun on my daughters hamburger was stale. Also the salad was absolutely DRENCHED in dressing.Good price point. Decent service.
Walked in and there was 2 couples ahead of us and they said it would be 30 min wait. That's ok. I went to the bathroom and I saw 6 empty tables. Also the waitress was too young to serve us alcohol so we kept having to wait for someone else to serve us. Steak was really tough. I remember why I haven't eaten at a long horn in so long. I won't go back.
The parmesan encrusted chicken with mashed potatoes are delicious. Definitely bring your appetite!
Crowded when we arrived but seated after 20 minutes. Wait staff was really trying; pleasant demeanor; one was in training. Probably short of help like all other restaurants. Steaks were good.
I'm not much for chains but I enjoy a good steak and Longhorns seasons and cooks theirs to perfection. Staff is professional, accurate and patient with special requests and splits. You can't beat it for family steak night. Not great for a date though due to family atmosphere.
Food is always consistent. No matter which one you visit, food is always very good. The only place I want to go for steak. The service is always good as well.
Not sure what our waitresses name was because she didn't introduce herself nor did she have a name tag. She wasn't a pleasant waiter. The floor was disgusting. I asked the hostess for something to clean the booth where she seated us because it had what appeared to be spit out food on it and she came back with a dry paper towel and handed it to me to clean up. We both asked for our steaks well done. One came back burnt (which I didn't mind because that's how I like mine) but the other came out bleeding. Easleys version of long horn smh. Disappointing.
