We order from Little Caesars a lot. Every once in a while a pizza has been over cooked and once an order of Italian Cheesy Bread was a little under cooked. For the most part the food is really good. The biggest complaint we have is they have a tendency to not completely cut the pizza slices all the way through. They are higher priced now than they originally were. The pizzas are no longer $5 hot and nows. But I think it's still a good value and the food is good.
I was very displeased on April 4 2022 at 8:28 pm I place an order after waiting 45 minutes to an hour in the parking lot we went to the door and the manger said they had new people working and that the were out of sausage I asked them why they didn't tell me that when I placed the order he said they could give me a pizza I said no thanks just give me a refund he stated it was back on my card that same night I called 2 days later only to hear him say they did what they were supposed to do so I needed to contact my bank which they informed me it was a 14 day wait well 20 days still have not been resolved no food or money 27 dollars and 20 cents they didn't even call to see if the matter had been resolved I am very disappointed when I said that they are losing a customer he said oh well now I am out of money and food I normally wouldn't say anything but where is the compassion or consideration for customers these days especially those that patronize your business on a regular basis
Only place left to get decent pizza. Just don't get extra toppings as the toppings are where the price sky rockets.
Being originally from Detroit, I have probably eaten hundreds of Little Caesars pizzas. This is by far the worst pizza I have ever had, any brand. It looked pre-chewed and was completely inedible and would have been easier to eat if it were first put in a blender and they gave me a straw. I can hardly wait until South Carolina legalizes pot and they just call it what is is - Cup O Pizza.
So if I walk in as a delivery driver and ask pretty much any of the guys for my order sometimes even if it's in the kiosk or whatever theres no issue. Sometimes because there's too many things in window and they won't come out or the doors will close before I get all the different Windows cleared they give them to me no problem. A couple of the guys I think one's a manager every time I walk in that door say "there's our favorite delivery driver" ? LOL even when I came to the window to drop off an order we had a gathering at the window hahaha.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Cold pizza and soggy bread sticks not even cooked all the way. Stay far away from this little ceasers.
I told them to lightly cook my bread sticks she said they couldn't. I said well pull out as early as you can they use to do it all the time. These bread sticks are literally burnt and break into pieces someone just trying to be funny I guess, same reason I never send food back at a restaurant lol. Appreciate it well done literally.
It was absolutely awful it was so greasy and nearly fell apart it's like that in a crazy bread we're both not cooked fully presently seeing as they have Ovens that time at or they have to roll through
My pizza order was made with incredible speed and efficiency,With the same efficiency, my oil was changed and starter repaired in the parking lot.
Staff was very rude, whole place just seemed messy and disorganized. 10/10 do not recommend.
