Ordered online and pick up time was 8:00. Did not get my food until 8:20. Only one older guy seemed to be doing the work of all the rest. When i got there at two women came in from smoking and I saw one other man in the back but he was gone quick. The two orders in front of me and guy and a doordash was over the wait. Doordasg left and a nother came by later. When i finally got my food the biscuits was hard as a rock. Oh and they didn't have extra crispy so i took original. If they had not had my money already and me hungry they could have keep that chicken.
That was the worst chicken I have had in a LONG time. Went around 8:30pm and I guess they had already closed things down. The chicken had been made well in advance and so had the fries. Soggy and had been sitting the in the warmer, in grease, for God knows how long. Just disgusting, I should have left when they said they did not have any legs. Just shame.
First time in since covid. Went in on Monday 5/09/22 around 3pm.Worst chicken I have had in a long time.What happened to the famous spices? The chicken looked as if it had been cooked for hours. Did not have the KFC flavor. It was also hot , like someone put xtra pepper in the batter. My wife got sick after she ate it. The biscuits were hard and dry. KFC you just lost a customer
Very clean, food was great, there was no wait and the staff was very pleasant.
Crazy busy!! Short staffed but they were really trying even when people were grouchy toward them. One thing that could have been better planned was a 12 minute wait for biscuits to finish cooking at 12 noon. That really was bad.
The place was clean. That is one of my main viewing points. The food was fresh. A new cashier was at the counter. She needed a little help with assessing the menu and pricing. A very nice and calm employee step up to the counter and helped her. Most admirable, was the experience person did not bash her or put her down in my presence. That speaks volume for her leadership.
They had inside open, so we could eat in but they still don't have the buffet open. We really would like the buffet to open back up and we would start coming back. This was first time eating in since 2020.
This is absolutely the worst KFC around. The food taste old and greasy like it has been cooked for days. The potatoes are real watery and the chicken is tough and chewy.
I ordered a hot wings combo but changed it because I didn’t want to wait 15 minutes for the wings. Ordered the 6 piece impossible nuggets instead with tea. The tea was basically colored water. Exchanged it for lemonade. Then realized I had mashed potatoes instead of fries, there response wasn’t to give my cold soggy fries. They did replace the fries but at that point I would have rather gotten a refund so I could have gone somewhere else.
Terrible experience at this location. Watered down tea. Cold food. My order was wrong. And the staff was completely unconcerned.
