Called in an order for pickup, was excited for the meal because whoever took my order, she was awesome and very accommodating. It was picked up immediately and driven about 10 minutes home. One of the subs was wrong. That one did taste good. But the other one was eh. They were both overly sloppy for what they were. Service was great but the food was lacking.
Was quick and good service... make sure you voice the bread choice first hand... it is a little more expensive than most sub places ... cleanliness was on point... May your taste buds be met here ... The SmithClan
First time going to a jersey Mike's sub place better than subway but not quite there for me in firehouse subs!!!
The sub wss basically pretty good but the shredded lettuce just made a mess of it. Next time I will leave off the shredded lettuce.
Waited 25mins on Philly. ordered giant. got a regular. the cook and guy slicing meat were rude. like it was my fault they messed up. cashier was very cool
There food is always great never no complaints on my end!! And I forgot the young boys name but was very friendly an made my sub quick.
Welcoming, clean, efficient and best sub locally. Fresh daily preparation. When I want a sub, this is go-to, also when traveling. Have not had a bad experience yet!

There is a female, I think Holly? Anyway she is the Manager and she runs a tight ship. My sub is always great when I go there.
I'm not a person who writes reviews, and I really hate to say this, but our subs were terrible. The bread was so hard that i had to take it off and eat only the inside. And the inside had only a little flavor, even with the oil and vinegar. I ordered the original Italian and my husband had the club supreme. We were so very disappointed. To make matters worse, we ordered 12, in addition to ours, to give a lady who has just lost her husband in order for her to have something to offer her family when they come in. I'm really embarrassed to give them to her.Again, I'm sorry to have to report this and I hope, instead of insulting the manager, that it will help him/her improve the quality of their sub-making.
