I am in complete shock about the service my family and I just received at this location in Easley. My family and I try to be VERY kind and understanding to fast food workers as our teenage daughter is currently employed with a fast food company and have many woes. The lady working the window was extremely RUDE and argumentative. We spent well over 50 bucks for our purchase. We explained that she left off some items and she argued that they didn’t. When she finally realized she didn’t apologize, only told us to go back around and get in the back of the line. When we finally received our food we asked for the manger on duty’s name and the store location number so we could call corporate and she said she was the manager and wasn’t giving us her first name to file a complaint. We got our food and went home to find out they still left off a cheeseburger, our egg roles were undercooked and had to return to the store for that...which was 25 minutes away from our home. No paying customer should be treated like that. I will be getting in touch with corporate and letting them know about our bad experience.
Very nice, pleasant woman working here in the drive thru on the Sunday morning we stopped by for breakfast.
I got a strawberry milkshake today with my order and it was terrible. Tasted like pure artificial flavoring. Worst milkshake ever .
Big sign says dining room now open yet it’s locked up tighter than Fort Knox. Either open your doors and do your job or take the sign down so I can stop wasting my time There’s no reason for the door to be locked during the day It’s laziness pure and simple but is it corporate or local lazy I’m unsure
Love their food just a little to high. $21 for 2 people is little much. Try to stop every time in Anderson.
We traveled 2.5 hours to eat here today. My wife and I are from the West Coast and miss Jack Tacos and Sourdough Jack. It was worth the drive. The food was great and the establishment was very clean. We had a great time. Thank you to all the employees for working so hard!!!
I've been here before and had little issue with the quality and service. That being said, there is no indication on Google or the Jack in the Box app (or even a sign on the door!) as to whether or not the dining room is open. This is important for people who operate vehicles that cannot or are restricted from using the drive thru, such as ambulances. I'm not upset that it's closed, just that the information is not communicated.
I have never been so mad at a fast food place in my entire life. I currently have went there after an event to get a salad. Well while I was ordering the lady talking was rude. When I got up to the window I gave her the money and she shut the little window, with NO food yet. She soon a few minutes later opened it back up and said “can I help you, do you need anything?” While being rude. I said “yes… my food ?” and she told me “well.. what did you order?” Fast forward to me having my food and coming home 30 mins away to my chicken on my salad being completely frozen. Cold as Ice. I’m am furious but at the same time speachless but a damn good lesson learned to never go back!
The service here is great and they always get our order correct. The food is fresh and very delicious. Love it and would definitely recommend.
For almost 40.00 my order was not worth it, was supposed to have a meal that I paid for but no fries no drink the burger was supposed to be mayo and ketchup only but was made however they wanted with everything they could put on it and checked receipt and says Mayo and ketchup only, chicken teriyaki bowl had rubbery chicken like heated to many times, the drink I did get was a tea and wasn't good tasted watered down. All 3 kids meals missing their apple sauce and I'm assuming they don't come with a toy cause none of these did, had to find my kids something else to eat cause they was barely any fries and the smallest littlest pieces of chicken. We always drive 35 minutes just to go to eat their but this time wasn't worth it and not worth the risk of spending money for food to just have to buy more somewhere else. Cost another 40.00 to eat at another restaurant that was closer to home.
