Sat down in an almost empty restaurant. Waitress was friendly and accommodating. Management was heard reprimanding a staff member, apparently someone didn't check in with her. Later we could hear some one wasn't showing for the 2:00 shiftAfter served Breakfast, which was longer than normal, the waitress returned with the check, "take your time"...then a moment later asked for payment because management was shutting system down! WTH! Yes, I would have enjoyed after breakfast coffee but we didn't feel welcome.It will be a long time, if I ever darken this place places doorstep again.No wonder it was near empty!!!
Horrible service at this location they had us sat pretty much right on top of the other customers literally to the point the other customers kept pushing our table back with the back of their chairs, and wait time?! Dont get me started...Me, my wife and daughter waited on our food for over an HOUR and when it finally came, it was literally cold to the touch to the point my wife couldn't even chew half of hers. My kid didn't even have any kind of heat to her "wannabe" chicken and waffles she prdered.powered.. only ate maybe 1 piece of chicken she didn't even bother touching the waffles. Trust me, go to another location other then this one.
Very polite service. Very nice and clean place. Wonderful experience for us and the kids. I would most definitely recommend and be visiting again.
I often go to this IHOP and they are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. I typically sit in Marie's section and she always remembers the little things that I like with the meal. She is a wonderful people person and very good at her job. When another waiter has my table, they are always sweet and pleasant, too. I've never had a negative experience at the Easley IHOP - good management and good people working there.
DO NOT COME HERE. Placed an online order. Got there 5 minutes ahead of the time it was supposed to be ready… still waited 25+ minutes and had to leave because I had to get to work. What’s the point of placing an online order if it won’t be ready not even close to the time you say it would? Now no one is answering the phones, it sounds like the just disconnected the phone so they don’t have to deal with issues. I’ll be back to get my refund for sure. I had to leave with no food and out of the money I paid. I asked for a refund 2 times when I was waiting because I told them I needed to go. I didn’t even care about the food anymore I wanted my money back and she kept saying “it’ll be right out” when it was in fact not gonna be right out. What an annoying experience. I’m usually extremely patient with food service employees but this is the 2nd terrible experience I’ve had at this location. DO NOT COME HERE.
Short staffed like everywhere else. However, it appeared to be well staff, but they seemed to be falling over each other.15 minute wait and there were at least 10 tables empty and cleaned. Ordered my eggs WELL DONE--nope, they came out runny.... Ordered my bacon EXTRA CRISPY--NOPE it didn't even look like it had touched the griddle.... VERY greasy pp late.... Pancakes and water were good. NO one told me to pay the waitress-- told them I didn't feel like walking back to the table as I have mobility issues.
Crowded always on the weekends. Friendly girls. Every time I order the build your own omelette, the cook forgets an ingredient. Also, when I ask for something to be redone, they make me wait longer than needed and I can hear them fussing. Get the professionalism together, morning weekday cooks! I like eggs, not yellow and brown crumbs?.
Service was extremely slow on this past visit, but our server did well considering how overwhelmed she was. She saw that we understood that they were understaffed, so she comp'ed our drinks. Be nice to your server when understaffed... it's not their fault that so many people don't want to work these days!!
Very bad experience eggs were still raw steak tasted like it's been marinated in sugar hashbrowns were like eaten plastic an the burrito was dry and bland salsa tasted an smelled of arm pit an the dude in the back scoopen ice into drinking glass with bare wet hands only good was the hot chocolate milk shake
The wait staff was stretched thin. Please apply. That being said, our service was great and our waitress was very attentive and very engaged. The food was delicious and filling.I had the beef tips w/ mushrooms and onions with 2 over easy eggs and hashbrowns. My wife had the cowboy burger with fries. Both were cooked to order and spot on. Thanks and keep it up
