It's okay for breakfast, wouldn't recommend getting lunch/dinner here due to quality control. Since prices on breakfast has risen, you're better off going to the huddle for their oversized biscuits for the same price.Never quite busy after breakfast, and is rather unapproachable due to employees outside the door chainsmoking and meanmugging people who approach the drive thru. Employees all look miserable, not somewhere exciting to go to for sure.At least the biscuit and gravy is still good, but the price has almost doubled, not worth it anymore.
This particular Hardee's at Hey 123 and in Hwy 178 used to be my favorite breakfast spot. Now it has become a less visited establish due to the quality of food and three lack of enthusiasm from the employees. I know everyone has a bad day, but all of them, at once, on the same day, everyday? What gives? Please America, let's help Hardee's get back what they have lost.
Most friendly and helpful fast food staff I've ever encountered! Food was great and even though I had to wait a bit they apologized and made everything still hot and fresh.
This Hardee's has pretty friendly staff. While they aren't as fast as McDonald's, the food is usually very fresh.

They couldn't get my order right...had to wait a long time to get it...and it was cold. The food was also prepared sloppy. I would give a zero if I could.
I used to get biscuits from this Hardee’s at least once a week. They no longer serve fresh biscuits. They food has not been fresh in months. They have given me drinks with the lid just half on the cup and I poured a whole large drink all over me and my car. This happened twice. After that, I looked at the cup before taking it from the person. The people are not friendly, but if your company is serving cold food, then they’re probably getting negative feedback. Either way, this Hardee’s needs an overhaul.
to me Hardee's has actually the best fast food burger in town...their typical problem is they are understaffed all the time...except at breakfast...I believe if they treated lunch and dinner with more concern that you would have a hard time getting in...jmho
I gave it a 3 star because they got half the order right .I like hardees but when they know they are out of what you order they should tell you when you order, not just substitute and not tell you . Please work on this problem.
Got our order wrong but the manager more than made it right. Dont find customer service like that any more. Outstanding.
