We dined outside and was met with a hostile manager after finishing our meal. There were umbrellas outside at the tables one that was up and one that we raised. After our meal two older ladies came to dine outside. The manager came out and proceeded to verbally discipline the ladies for being under the umbrella. She said they were broken (even though they worked just fine and nothing appeared broken) The manager then took all the umbrellas down, including the one providing shade to the older ladies. My family came over to defend the ladies but the manager continued to be hostile and took them all out of the tables and put the umbrellas to the rear of the store and said Five Guys did not have money to fix them. The way she treated those women was absolutely unnecessary.
The food was fine. There was no paper towels in the women's bathroom, so I told one of the female employees and she just looked at me with this frown on her face and didn't respond. I did tell another and she responded with sure I'm get some, and went right away to check on it! Thank you, because as an employee you need to wash and dry your hands, not just the customers!
Good quality food but too expensive. I do not go to Five Guys much any more because the cost of their food is ridiculous. Two hamburgers, two drinks and one fry was $30.
The the Employees and manger working on 1/14/2022. I am a former manager and crew member. I recently dined in doors. And I can say without a doubt that this was the worst experience ever. And if a secret shopper came in this night. You definitely would not have passed. As we walked in. No body looked up to greet us. There were peanuts all over the floors. And every single table in the building was dirty. There was no ketchup in the ketchup pumps. There were no peanut holders in the box of peanuts. There was no enthusiasm what so ever and everyone looked dreaded to be there. I put all blame on the lack of quality control of the manager on duty. As he did not give out ticket times. Patty count or check frys and orders as the went out. The fry's were literally burnt to a crisp and not really edible at all. I took pictures of the food if they would like to see what they were serving. And I could tell the other guests felt the same way. My food took almost 17 minutes to get to me. The manager acted like he did not want to be there and didn't give any type of direction towards anybody. The burger was prepared flawlessly but the morning shift had flattened the patties to the size of a piece of paper. And they were not juicy or cooked like they are supposed to be and was a dry burger And maybe you guys should hold a seminar for grill and frys again. Alot of potential but no effort from the manager. Huffed and puffed at the fry guy. He saw the dark black and burnt frys going out and didn't care
We stopped by to have a burger. We were ordering and a woman in the back came up and said we may want the little burgers because they only have one burger patty and the others have two. We were so thankful for the information and were able to order the right ones. She also recommended that we order the small fries because the orders are very large. We did not catch her name but thanked her for telling us before we completed our order as I hate having two patties in a burger. We should have asked her name as she deserves recognition. So, whoever you are, THANK YOU ??
I must admit, before I rate this, I'm not ? a fan of hamburgers, from any restaurant. However, Five Guys is a good fast food place to eat. I definitely consider the food, service & atmosphere to be, better than, most fastfood places.
Everything is fresh never frozen and cooked to order. Expensive and totally worth it. One regular fry is enough for two people
This is a decent Five Guys location. With a little bit of fine tune up it could be much better. The location does need some attentiveness to cleaning, particularly the restrooms. The food is always hot, however the burgers are made quickly and tend to slide apart from over-topping them and the griddle not being scraped between orders. Overall again is a decent location, but needs to be better for me to come back again.
Great service and amazing food. Everything is fresh and not made until you order. Higley recommended!!!!
