Just went here today. Associates are really rude, I am placing my order and the three associate decided to have their own conversation while I was giving them my order. Obviously the manager leads by example she's so rude. I ask if they have more glazed coming out the lady raised her voice and said NO! Not even apologizing for anything. Definitely not coming back here. Worst Dunkin I've ever been.
Manager/staff extremely rude. Abruptly closed store when I arrived to pick up a paid mobile order. I asked for a refund if they were unable to complete my order. What I assume was the manager, yelled at me and took out whatever employee frustrations they were dealing with out on me. She threw my order on the counter and proceeded to tell me how she loved her job and customers all the while yelling at me, a customer. She told me to enjoy my order and get out. She then proceeded to video me on her phone as I got in my car to leave. We don’t frequent this place often (once or twice a year).Today was the last day we will ever visit Dunkin Donuts.
Ordered one breakfast wrap. Waited at the drive thru window, watching three girls chat, use listened to foul language, the cashier at the window asked politely to the staff for my order and she had to go get it, and apparently prepare it herself. One bite into it, everything thing was just a few degrees above cold.Three staff members making numerous drinks, and gossiping but couldn't prepare a wrap.Sad state of service at a place I usually enjoy good experience at!
Mc Donald's is better than this place they shore know house to mess up a order even thow you tell them right on what your wanting I should get a refund!!!!
The new hummus toast is amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. An error was made but it was quickly fixed. Would definitely come back.
This is the second day in a row that I have been here to get doughnuts and they won’t make the kind that I ask for. 1 employee inside working while everyone else is outside smoking. It’s ridiculous
One star is one star too much. They are so horrible! Horrible taste and horrible appearance. I asked for a chocolate iced cake donut- this blows their minds. Always gives me a yeast donut with chocolate icing or chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing. Will not be going there for a donut ever again.
This is the worst Dunkin location I have ever been to. The last two times we have been, the staff have had horrible attitudes and they are out of just about everything you try to order.
I love Dunkin so much but every time I go to this one there is something wrong with either the coffee machines or the drive thru is broken. I’m just happy we can finally go inside now. But I’m giving a three star because the coffee is always really good when the machine is not broken.
If you see this hateful bihhh just drive off!!!! I mean it!
