The grits had what taste like to me cheddar cheese and sausage. We didn't care for them. The gravy was on the sweet side. They need just buttered grits. My scrambled egg and toast and coffee were just right. Very very nice people.
Dukes is a unique place, and I mean that in a good way. He's open when he's open and closed when he is closed. It's a no nonsense place to eat that makes you feel like you went to eat at your uncle's house. Not a place to eat if you get offended at every little thing, but great to go to if you just want a decent no frills meal at a good price.
Best hotdogs around. The owner is a great man. Their meals are really good. Very friendly place.
every time we go there the food is excellent. Chuck the owner does an awesome job and the rest of the staff as well. The shrimp and grits are to die for.

Ok let's just put it this way. I have found a new place to eat. The staff is wonderful everyone is nice. The food is super. I highly recommend you try this place out I'm very sure you will love it and will be back. I know I can't wait to go back and try out the lunch.

We started with going to breakfast early Saturday mornings. Now it’s morfed to breakfast Saturday and Sunday and I sneak in during the week day for a fantastic lunch. We have never had a average or bad meal here. It’s always been fantastic!
Great country breakfast! My family was here visiting and everyone enjoyed their meal. Reminds me of the little country cafes back home in NC.
Awesome food and great staff. The Nashville hot shrimp is really good.
