Milkshakes are always on point, and the pricing of trays is reasonable. They definitely skimp on the nuggets/chicken tenders though and the hot dog chili taste very cheap and bland.I've been told after 7pm, managers leave and it's up the younger staff to close, which explains the horseplay between employees when pulling up to the window. Correct me if I'm wrong on that one, customer service could be improved. Overall it's okay for bang for buck in comparison to other burger joints in the area.
So this way the first time my husband and I had ever ate at a cookout. It will be our last. My daughter who was with us insisted we eat there. It took us a minute to decide what we wanted, because we had never been there. Only to be rushed by drive thru employees.I was looking so forward to my burger, because we don't do burgers often, and it was a total disappointment !!! The meat on the burger was barely bigger then a half dollar. I took the top bun off, to try to taste the meat... Nope. So then I did away with bottom bun... No help. If I had wanted a salad, I would have order a salad. Total waste of time and money.
This cookout is NOT run well. I consistently have had food missing from my trays. The drive through is very slow. The final straw was when we sat in the line for 10 minutes sat at the speaker for a full nine minutes and no one ever took my order so we drove up to the window only to be told oh sorry we had a big order come through and I cannot take your order at the window because of policy. Said I had to drive back through the line and wait. So that’s the last time we will ever goes to the Easley cookout.
Love this cookout! Always very busy,but moves at a good place. Great milkshakes,have over a dozen flavors to choose from! Love this location! Great place.
We walked up to the building, and the door was locked. There were 6-7 cars in the parking lot and about 9 in the drive-through. We pulled on the door again bc there was no signage stating they were closing inside. One of the employees shewed us away with her hand. It looked fully staffed but closed on the inside.
THIS COOKOUT HAS FRIED OKRA!Not only is Cookout cheap, it’s also good! Whoever manages this Cookout could manage them all and get every Cookout some okra!I only have one complaint, the size of a side of okra could double and I wouldn’t be upset! Thanks for listening lol
Pulled up at the drive thru, and as I was placing my order (with my kids in the car), I heard cuss words being used loudly. The woman who was taking my order wasn't helpful in assisting me at all and the quality of food is awful. I would definitely recommend bypassing this place and stopping by Chik-fil-a across the road instead.
Wanted to try this place because it was so hyped up by locals, but It wasn't all that great in my opinion. For being a bbq place, they have way to many burgers and whatnot on the menu. They should focus on the BBQ because it honestly wasn't good. And if that's what they're known for, they're dropping the ball.
Dining room is closed and they won't put a real phone number they have to answer on Google. Go to Joe's and buy local. They don't play these games. I won't spend another dime at cook out anywhere until they answer a phone and serve people inside. Trying serving the customer instead of yourself. I hope you close today.
Oh my gosh...the worst burgers to get through drive thru. My mother in law insisted these were the best burgers but she was able to sit inside when she went before. The dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive thru. When we got home...the burgers were so tightly wrapped that they seemed small and the grease soaked into the bread and it was awful.
