This is an awesome location! The people here take great care of their patrons and keep fresh ingredients available each give we're in. Their attention to detail with gluten free is next level! As soon as we advise them they're changing gloves and swapping out the serving utensils on the items we want. I'll say this is by far one of the best Chipotle's we've been to!!!
The Easley location is hit or miss, the food is good at times then other times not so great. There's no consistency. Sometimes they run out of food items and will try to substitute without asking you first if you order through the app. They will not give you a refund at the restaurant. You have to call a number and give them your order number. The thing is, if you order through the app, you're not always sent an email confirming the order number.
Today is 6/01/2022 I ordered chicken bowl, the chicken was very very salty as hell!! The cilantro rice was only white rice with no Cilantro and when I asked the lady she said we are out of cilantro!! And most of the staff were not professional, very bad management, Chipotle restaurant is going down year after year.. I used to work for Chipotle 10 years ago it wasn’t like this we were preparing the food exactly what the recipe ingredients says, now days the food is way different taste.. don’t know if people in Denver are aware of this?? Basically I’m not only talking about this branch, no but most of them are like that.
This place has went from great to Taco Bell. I recommend just going to Taco Bell. You'll save money for the same quality of food. We've given this place chance after chance and finally today we Decided that are done. A restaurant is only as good as it's manager. Whomever the manager is, they must really suck.
Chipotle is very solid across-the-board. In terms of taste and quality, this is up to snuff. I am pretty sure the individual making my burrito today was new, and I super appreciated it. I got double portions of almost everything at no added cost. It was too big of a burrito for one sitting. The burritos are good, and very large so you get good value for what you pay.
Agree with the review below about closing. Several time my girlfriend and I have tried to go to this location and it is closed early. The door, the website and all other locations are open until 10PM. Go to the Greenville locations you will have much better service.
Love Chipotle... food is good. Employees are so sweet. They always give me free ice tea so kind. Everything tastes fresh.
Third and final time, every time I order it gets worse. Literally 5 strands of lettuce and got a double chicken and my wife’s single is bigger. This one is going to the corporate office, tired of paying high prices for Taco Bell quality.
Food was all goodness and delicious! The thin redhead server deserved more than five stars. He waited on a heavy set lady with pigtails who was rude and disrespectful. She changed her mind twice whining and complaining about everything from not enough rice to the meat wasn’t hot not to mention taste testing. He was very patient with this person (I don’t think I could have been)! ! Any how great place for good fresh meals and EXCELLENT employees!! ❤️
Fantastic food and service, as you'd expect from any Chipotle. I love the sofritas tacos with all the fixings...with the spicy salsa! My wife got her usual...the veggie bowl, which comes with guacamole and all the veggies. There's always enough leftover for another meal too. We also got the hot queso dip with chips... delicious!
