I LOVE this place!! I've been to the one in Anderson, S. C., over by the mall a few times, and fell in love the first time!Don't get me wrong, I really like dairy queen too. But there's something special about real ice cream!!I admit the prices are on the high side, but who's prices haven't gone up? The banana split is my favorite. Can't wait to get to go get me one!!

Went for “free” ice cream day if you wear pajamas and I tried to order mine in a cup. They REFUSED to serve it in a cup and only in a cone. I have a gluten allergy and cannot have a cone. They made me pay full price to get a cup. They sure know how to make a pregnant lady in pajamas with a food allergy mad!!

So, visiting here and went to Bruster’s; no real choice as there seem to be no Dairy Queens. My daughter is 5, so I asked the young woman if there was something smaller than a small which consists of 2 scoops. She tells me that they can do one scoop. I tell her that would be perfect. What she failed to mention was that although they can give you only one scoop, the charge is the same as for 2; $3.59. My daughter was not able to finish the one scoop. Interesting,

The service was relatively speedy, even when they are pretty packed for a place where you eat outside. Wish they had more seating since they didn’t give any lids we ate in the car due to being packed and only having two benches and a small table in a slightly sketchy “ally”.
If I could give 0 I would. Came to try the new flavors. Asked the man who was working there (didn’t catch his name, eerily resembles Donald trump) for a sample and he told me they didn’t do those. He acted rushed, and everyone working there looked overworked like zombies. Maybe try a better customer service team building activities
