Very crowded the Sunday AFTER Mother’s Day but we were late celebrating. Chose Applebee’s because it was a familiar place after our recent move from the Pacific Northwest. I hesitated to order the salmon dish after our move from Washington state to SC but was craving a good salmon meal, I was VERY IMPRESSED by the quality, quantity and preparation of my salmon! My husband had great ribs and my mother-in-law was very happy with her fish and chips.Our server - sorry I can’t remember his name was a wonderful young man who 1) put my mother-in-law’s walker in a safe place while we ate 2) dimmed the overhead lights a bit due to them being a little over bright 3) was efficient and professional- made sure he talked a little bit louder when he realized that hearing was an issue for me. Definitely a place we will return to as a family.
Sarah Beth the blonde in the picture with me is Sarah Beth and she is the ABSOLUTE best waitress at Applebee's in Easley South Carolina so if you come out here definitely ask for her!!! They catered to my allergy making sure to do all fresh things to keep me from having anything that I'm allergic to in my food perfect just great service all around food everything is just perfect love it love it love it love it Applebee's and easy South Carolina got to go there and again most perfect waitress she's great fantab!!!
Always a good place to eat.Baby back ribs where not as best as always but after a minor comment we did got a gentle apologies of the manager and next time a free rack if we want. This is how you turn a complain into a compliment!Great job guys!And Ashley is a great waitress!
Went there after the movie,no wait ,greeted and order taken promptly ,it was down hill from there.We waited forever for food .My boneless wings were cold ,not any heat cold food skills it foe me.I told our server brought me more they were the same cold. It was like they were heated to many times very hard to even cut with knife.Johns steak cooked med.had not color just pale bland meat,not appetizing at all.He said it was beatable but was it .Won't be going back .To be fair they took some off our bill . At1:30 this morning i woke with a very sick stomach.l really can't recommend this location !
I wouldn't really be giving them any stars. I've always had good experiences when I go to Applebee's but this particular location the experience wasn't. All that great are waitress even though she was pleasant, was very slow and bringing drinks and the food wasn't all that great. I guess they've changed. I got an oriental salad and it was small. The chips in the sampler were stale. Needless to say, my husband and I will not be coming back to this location
-Restroom was nasty.-Looked at the floor my while walk back to make sure I didn't slip and it was just trash everywhere.-French Fry was in my Asian salad.-Also in my Asian said was the smallest crispy chicken tenders... Most likely the ones they don't serve for just a wing meal. So hard that they hurt my gums and hard to chew or cut up.- My mother ordered the stake meal with onions and mushrooms and only got the onion. She asked for mushrooms and hardly received any.-Only good thing about tonight was our waiter!
It was less than good. Dirty, straw papers, napkins, and food on the floor. The service was pretty awful. My husband ordered a hamburger plate, and that's exactly what he git. Hamburger and a plate. No fries, we had to ask for them, and they were lukewarm and rubbery. I ordered the shrimp plate, and the fries were not hot. I had to request cocktail sauce, and I got about a tablespoon of cole slaw. It took forever to get refilled drinks and the check. There were tons of servers running around, but it was just not an efficient service. One server was standing in the corner, counting her money. I'll pass on Applebee's from now on.
The orders were not right. Ordered med rare, got well done. One of my work associate ordered a salad and bake potato, she got garlic mashed potatoes. I ordered lemon aid, got something like lemon water. Can't do that again.
It was youngest son's birthday. So his older brother and his family took him out to celebrate him turning the big 13; I went as well. We had a great time. Our wait time was about 20 minutes, we were seated in a comfortable both/table, our waitress was friendly and patient, and it took no time for the food to come out and it was delicious. We will return.
I actually wasn't a fan of Applebee's until we moved & started to visit a different location. I'm not sure if the ownership is different or if it's the management but, I do know this location is great all around. Great food, excellent service & usually not too packed. ? Now, I must say, during these crazy ? last 2½ years, finding great(even good)service & good(even decent)food, that isn't cold or old(yes I said OLD??)is almost near impossible. But, like I stated here, we have had nothing but great! Thank you? Applebee's, Easley, SC❣️The Culbertson Family
