Awful customer service! I called because I didn’t have my extra sauce that I paid for. Lady was rude and hung up on me. I called MB store to get the corporate number and the girl that answered there said they don’t have a corporate number. So I asked for a number to someone over the stores. She said I’m the manager working today can I help you. I said it’s not for your store it’s for the Conway store. She said oh I’m the manager there too. Soooo I got the corporate number myself. Just to help y’all out if you have an issue and everyone is lying to you and won’t give you corporates number. Here it is. (706) 353-8107 Just ask to speak to someone that can help you out with an issue with one of their stores when no one at the actual stores will help you out.
Ordered two salads. Asked for one to have NO blue cheese. That’s pretty important, can’t really pick that off. But ASIDE from that, got no forks, no dressing and the children running the drive through were more focused on their inappropriate conversation than getting my food right. I’m normally not one to complain but this is the third time my food was either wrong or horrible quality. I love zaxbys, but this particular location needs to reevaluate their employees. I know it’s hard to find people who want to work right now…but I’d rather have 2 good employees than 10 awful ones. How can you serve a salad with no dressing? I guess I wasted yet ANOTHER $20+. Zaxby’s prices are too high to be giving your customers this low of quality food AND service. If you’re gonna hire KIDS, teach them about work ethic and giving quality service. Because I promise you, I will never be eating from this location ever again.
Dine in is open again , love the chicken salads .
My buddy, Richard, said the only thing better than the smell of a bag fresh Zaxby's chicken was his sister's bycle seat on a hot Conway summer afternoon back in the day. I don't know about all that but the chicken was good. ?
The kid with the pink hair, really needs fired. He got rude and started using vulgarity after I walked in the lobby at 9:10pm. The front door was unlocked, we walked in, and he looked at me and immediately started using vulgar language. I seriously seriously recommend having a serious talk with him.. he wouldn't work for me!
Pulled up to drive thru to order. Guy at speak said wait a minute please. 10 minutes later I asked how much longer. And guy said don’t know how long and don’t care. WOW avoid place at all cost.
Normally pretty good . Not this time salad had alot of the hard core prices of lettuce and very little chicken bread was all soggy and nasty. 1 st time this has happened in Florence. I will give it another chance. But I was shocked!
Foods always amazing. Prices are great. And with the line wrapped around the parking lot to capacity they did an amazing job at staying perisistent on serving customers thoroughly and quickly.
Just wanted to take the time out to appreciate Zaxbys and the meals they fed Bernie Gores. Lost in the battle of the freedom Ukraine last week. Would a statue in Conway be too much to ask for?

I came here yesterday to get some tenders when a 450 pound maybe 500 pound man in a v6 mustand told me to get off his territory no yaegers are allowed around here. In shock I ignored him thinking he was talking to someone else until he got out his salvaged v6 and told me look here look listen you yaegers better donate and then I gave hime 16 elo Anyways great food.
