I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and no one served us. I even tried to say something and no one served us. THIS PLACE SUCKS. hire new staff. they are belligerent. They waited until you were closed after we got here 30 minutes before you closed. So disappointed. Robert not only asked for our numbers but threw his headset off when we told him we were angry for waiting.
Food was good but wont be back until the police have a faster response time. A large man came into the store 20 minutes before the store closed and was angry because the store was out of chili for the day. He pistol whipped the cashier in the face then proceeded to hop into his 2022 Ford Raptor and did a donut and burnout in the parking lot after getting so angry. Police did nothing because apparently they have been getting a lot of prank calls about this mythical creature that doesnt exist.
this place never amazes me every time we come.. 11:10 pm in drive thru 11:15 and hadn't budged at all still taking one order at a times there's five cars ahead of us they need another fast food restaurant on this side.... anyone knows of someone to invest on this side they will make money. 4/23/22. this is the one on 501 south near ocean lakes camp ground.
Ate as a family, my food was delayed approximately twelve minutes compared to everyone else's food coming at once. The manager was barking orders, but it didn't appear anyone was listening.The combo was equivalent to lukewarm temperature with the fries being soft and limp. I wouldn't recommend eating here.
Absolutely incompetent management.After an hour wait in the drive thru, I reached the order speaker.. only to be told to "please wait" for another ten minutes. Finally, I placed my order.. and after placing my order, the attendant states "Oh, I forgot to say, we're only accepting cash only, is that okay?" To which I replied.. "No, I don't have cash." "Oh, Sorry!"Utterly incompetent and disrespectful to my time on the part of management. Seriously, idiocy of the grandest measure. Instead of making people wait an hour in line for absolutely nothing, they could have:A: PLACED A SIGN OUTSIDE NEAR THE START OF THE LINE STATING CASH ONLYB: SENT SOMEONE OUT TO DO THE SAME.C: ALSO NOT MADE ME WAIT AN EXTRA TEN MINUTES TO ORDER, ONLY TO BE TOLD AFTER TAKING MY ORDER THEY CAN'T ACCEPT PAYMENT!Best part is, since I spent so much time in line there, by the time I left (WITHOUT MY ORDER), even sonic was closed. So they basically wasted my time AND ensured I couldn't get food anywhere else.This is the second time this location has pulled something similar. A few days ago, I waited 30 minutes in line, only to reach the ordering speaker and be told "We're not accepting orders right now.". At 10pm at night.
System was supposedly down but I think they just didn't feel like working because 3/4 employees were outside doing nothing while 1 told everyone the systems were down and they couldn't take any orders. This was all about an hour before closing so idk but it seems a little too convenient. But I've never been 1 to assume things so don't take my word for it.
Understaffed and it shows. Quality, consistency, and wait times all suffer at this location.Most likely pandemic related however the buying public should not have to deal with the consequences of this in their food.
Apparently they have no specials at 115pm on a Tuesday and not even the $5 bundle and definitely need a drive Thur speaker or headset that works paid more money for CookOut which was awesome
My favorite fast food place. Cheap and pretty good quality. Love their spicy chicken sandwhich/nuggets.
I met this guy named Richard and his wife, Kelly. She slipped me a note that if I called her, met her at this one motel, and gave her 50$, she would do things to me that she would never do to Richard.The Conway Chili man was too busy gorging on chili to notice.
