Grayson, the only cook at Conway Waffle House, is amazing. His attitude and customer service is superior. He actually enjoys his job; unlike most, he isnt inconvenienced when receiving special requests. April is a phenomenal waitress. Take care of your team, your team will take care of you! These 2 deserve wage increases as good help is hard to find these days! #DoTheRightThingWaffleHouse
Great team work and awesome experience.Restaurant was nice and clean,Gypsy is a Star of Waffle House,she represents well ,she was on point and did an awesome job.She was very friendly and courteous.Making sure things were in order.Raven was the bomb!!! That girl was wiping down and cleaning everything in sight.Not to mention my meal was scrumptious!!!!Will be back.
Yes, it was 2:30 pm, not AM, like in the old days lol. Service was quick and hot. Server asked if I wanted my omelets made on the grill or in the pan. Had never been asked that. Grill is the old way, pan makes a fluffy omelet. Fluffy for me!
Gypsy, Jaira (spelling? Sorry!), and Lucy were absolutely FANTASTIC! Quick service, smiling faces, and really good food! I will be back for sure, and disappointed if one of them isn’t there. Great experience because of them. All three NEED raises Waffle House!
Waitress had earbuds and wasn't listening well when taking orders. I asked for a single waffle with peanut butter chips. Exactly like that. With her earbuds somehow she took that as a waffle with walnuts. Incompetent at best. Take the earbuds out if you cant have them and do your job.
We decided to have a non traditional Sunday dinner and boy did our kids enjoy themselves! They all sat at the counter, ordered their own food and the customer service was great! I had the grits bowl with sausage and eggs added onions and mushrooms and OH MY GOSH!!! #SOGOOD
Got grits and tbone steak and egg over medium. My grits were cool and had visible lumps. Staff was friendly and accommodating. But the grits was a hard pass. ?

Food was great! Our waitress Gypsy was awesome. She was so funny, she had us rolling.
Gypsy was a great waitress. She was very thorough and timely. She had a great personality and should be considered for management/increased responsibility. I had an issue with my order and she fixed it immediately.
