Have always enjoyed the waffle house,but since COVID started it seemed like quality had gone WAY down,yesterday was a very pleasant surprise......was greeted warmly as soon as we walked in,the waitress came straight to us and got our drink order and PROMPTLY returned with them and politely asked if we were ready to order(which we were and did),food was brought quickly and all the orders were right and food was great,I wish I had this type of experience at every restaurant I went to
Had a great time as usual. The food was great and there were no issues, despite them being short staffed. What I really liked was the cook gave my daughter a small bowl of chocolate chips to keep her occupied til our food was done. That was super helpful.
I called twice to make a pickup order. No one picked up then I came and called, they looking at the phone but did not answer. You guys aren’t closed right ? It’s a Thursday night
It was great loved the servers on second shift great personalities food was out of this world . My server Apal was awesome very respectful and the cook Shannon done a fantastic job cooking our food . They are a great team both of them made sure to check every table to make sure everything was ok and if they needed anything. As we were getting ready to leave we found out that Shannon(cook) and Apal(server) were mother and daughter they made an awesome team and both have great work ethics . Now we only eat when there working . Great job ladies .
They need to be closed!!! Employees ouside smoking sitting in her car.Walked inside it looked like a mad house.dirty dishes,cups,utensils ,etc.. on the counter and all booths dirty that was being used .I was visiting from out of town and had my grand babies who wanted waffles.DHEC should come do a walk through." YOU DON'T WON'T TO EAT THERE.!!!!UGHHHH. Ps.Clean before you go on break ,never know who is going to visit.!They get a 0 !!!
Our waitress was amazing. Such a sweet lady. Food was good and hot, not a lot of grease. Kitchen was very quick.

Good service and good food. Very clean for a waffle house. Prices have gone up pretty significantly over the past two years but the food and service were superior to my previous experiences at other waffle houses.
bad service and one of my worst experiences because, i found some food in my drink and mu daughters, after they switched our cups my daughter found food in her drink again and was discusted and didnt want it anymore. And after switching her drink 2 times. They still made us pay for it. And told us the sink got grits in it and thats why the cups werent fully cleaned. If they knew this why did they not clean it and why did they still give it to us knowing the cups are dirty. This is discusting.
Nice folks… Jess took great care of us tonight! They were a little short staffed, but food was great and served promptly. Made as ordered and no hassle! Dining room was clean and offered no trouble with seating for us!
