Just had a horrible experience at this Taco Bell location. We placed an order on the Taco Bell app, and I went to pick it up. I got to the drive thru on 4/27/2022 at 10:02 PM. When I pulled around to the pick up window, I was handed a large bag and asked "Is this everything?" The drive thru attendant gave me the thumbs up. I went home and found that my deluxe cravings box meal was not included. I tried to call the location with no luck. I drove back out to the drive thru at 10:21 PM and said that I did not receive the meal. I was told to pull around to the window. A lady (who I assume was the manager on duty) came up to the window and said everything was placed in the bag. I told her that it was not in the bag. She snapped back saying yes it was, and I adamantly told her it was not. She asked me for the bag, which I left at home, and she told me if I wanted the meal, I would have to drive home to get the bag and show her it was not in there. I went back home to get the bag and came back to the drive thru at 10:43 PM. I showed the attendant that it wasn't in the bag, and he said to the lady that I was back with my bag. Another girl came out from the back and said to the attendant that that particular meal does not get put in a bag, but rather a box, so I definitely did not get my meal. The attendant handed me the bag and the box and just said sorry and walked away.I had to come back to this location 3 times due to a mistake made by the staff at this location. During my second visit, instead of the staff owning up to the mistake, I was told to go home and get my bag to prove it, basically I was being called a liar. So because of their mistake, I had to visit this location 3 times and was called a liar, and then got just a "sorry." A complimentary meal or drink for a customer that was treated like this would have been nice.It's so sad to see the integrity of the service industry take such a steep decline like this. It's hard to justify raising the minimum wage, when so much of today's food service workforce sets such a low standard with their poor work ethic.
We love this Taco Bell!! The service is AMAZING and the food is always hot and delicious!!
Mathew and terrell were really nice and got everything on our order right they are always so nice when we come and everyone else is always rude. They definitely deserve a raise
We don't come here a lot but I can truthfully say that every time we do come we have not been disappointed. Well..that is a bit of a fib, when they stopped serving those AMAZING apple pie things I was bitterly dissatisfied. One of the big menu items I ALWAYS ordered. Gone...just gone ?
The food is ok as long as they have it in stock, and as long as they make the right order for you. They change their menu often so do not get too comfortable with a specialty item ir it may not be there next time you are there even though there are signs up all over the place promoting it. Make sure to tell them to go easy on the lettuce, and add more taco meat to their tacos(male sure to tell them that is what you are paying for so they can not charge you for extra meat) because they keep wanting to add more lettuce, and less of the yummy taco meat to their tacos trying to act like you are getting something.
Food was delicious, hot, and the service was amazing, the drive thru was clean and free of litter, and the service was prompt.
I stumbled onto this Taco Bell after dropping my son back off at Coastal Carolina. On a whim, I asked if they had Chilli cheese burritos because I love them but none in my area have them anymore. But lo and behold, they said that they did... it made my heart smile
This is a good location, understandably slower than before. I hope the current workers are earning at least $15 an hour considering the situation and the behavior of the customers. Fast food isn't a right so don't complain when it takes longer than it used to. You want faster service, pay these people what they deserve.
This location in Conway near the highschool is the best in the area. I live near another Taco Bell but got less than a tablespoon of meat on my tacos there. The one actually in Conway gives generous and well made food. Highly recommend this location.
