Aside from the fact that she put tomatoes on my sub, everything was pretty good. I have probably visited this Subway 20 times and honestly that was the first time there was an error made in my order. It was also the first time I had a sandwich maker with an attitude so I won't even hold it against them as a whole. Everybody has a bad day sometimes and the worst thing that happened was I had to throw tomatoes out my car window. Everything is usually on point and the staff has ALWAYS been awesome previously. Working with the public can be a struggle, having a good attitude can make that easier though. I still recommend it

I desired to get the $5 sub deal and I really wanted to place the order online to save time... went to website to order online and saw that the sub I desired, a meatball sub, was not available to order as a selection online. Called the site and spoke to a worker/manager, was told they were aware the meatball sub was not available online but it was available to order in the store. So I went to the store to order the sub in person as indicated.After ordering 4 subs, I notice the total price did not include the $5 sub advertised price... the employee ringing me up was also the same person I spoke on the phone with... he then states with a shrug that "you have to order the subs online to get the advertised price". I can't order what's not there! And I was not told that on the phone! After reminding him of our conversation and asking him for the advertised price again, he stated I can "take that up with the corporate office for not having the sub listed". Wow, such poor customer service! I will drive past this Subway in the future and tell others you should too if you desire for sale advertised prices to be honored.
