I ordered 2 popcorn chicken meals for my kids. Also ,a chocolate shake with m&ms and an order of mozzarella sticks. When we got home we only received one popcorn meal. No m&ms in shake and no dipping sauce for any of it. I went back and they acted as if I was making this up. They gave me a popcorn chicken and that's all. No fries no sauces. Absolutely ridiculous!
Ordered from app, checked in, waited a short time and screen said server was on her way, 10+mins go by still no food? We pushed call button and they said drive thru only and not in a pleasant manor. However, no notification of that anywhere and then they couldn't find our order. So about 20mins total time for two burgers, two drinks and one side. Two stars only because I understand shortages of staff and considering food probably sat there it wasn't terrible but definitely should've been a better experience.
the owner needs to get the card system fixed, plus jen was rude!

Went here on my lunch break, all I ordered was a chili cheese hot dog and tater totes. I sat in the drive through for 20 mins after I paid. The little girl who was at the window was rude. I asked her if my order was done after 20 mins. She opens the window and throws a bag into my hand and says here like I was annoying her. Well she still had to deal with me because it wasn't my order. It was someone else's. I asked for a refund because I hadn't gotten my food and only had a 30 min lunch and I was 20 mins into it. She refused my request and finally hands me my order of which the tater tots were cold and the chili cheese dog half done. I was disappointed and will never come back to this Sonic again.
I go to this Sonic a lot because it’s close to CCU where I live. I often use the Mobile App to place orders, just because it’s easier and less time-consuming. Ordering on the app is simple enough. Getting everything you ask for, regarding sauces, is hit or miss. This time I got the chicken tender meal, which comes with Texas Toast, an onion ring, and some tater tots. The Texas Toast was just straight up toast that tasted very burnt, and it was not cut all the way. Everything else that came with my meal was thrown into my air fryer because it was either cold or soggy. I usually really like Sonic but the quality of this meal, and the ones that I had gotten for my friends, was less than usual. Still, I understand how busy fast food can be, and I am never going to blame the workers for doing their job to the best of their ability.
Went through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes. No answer. So I drove up to the window and was greeted it with an attitude. Then the car didn’t give me a receipt and gave me more attitude when I asked for one. Never again going there.
Stopped by here on the way back to Georgia, and I must say this was delicious. There was a long line of cars in the drive-thru so we pulled in a slot to order, and I was little concerned due to the quality of service I had received back home. I must say it was way above my expectation. Hamburger was not overly messy, it was just right, the tater tots were hot, and the Dr. Pepper was strong how I like it. It also did not take long to receive our order. My Wife normally don't eat burgers, but she also really enjoyed our lunch. Please tell the whole staff that worked yesterday, great job.
The employees there are always friendly. My only complaint would be the app. It doesn't always work and it depends on who is working, on whether you are charged full price or half price.
Watch out for this location the older lady with braids has tried to keep our change the last three times we have been there!!! I demand my change and had to even lay on my horn to make her give me my change!!! Can you imagine how much money she has taken from people who think oh 35 cent isn't worth it or oh 56 cent isn't worth arguing about???? Add up all the change she is stealing from each customer who really needs to go to work and don't have time to fuss over simple change!! It adds up trust me and SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!
