This sonic has went downhill bad since Covid. I never get my order right and if I do the food isn't any good. Today was it for me the young girl was rude and told me what I said I wanted I know what I ordered and repeated 2 or 3 times to be clear and instead of a coke it was a nausty diet coke with no fiss. I keep saying it's just a bad day next time will be better but it never is. I'm done wasting my money on this place The kids that work there are down right rude too.
First the person at the window forgot our drinks. We waited while he played around then came back with them. Should of known to check the bag cause once we came home, the large jumbo popcorn chicken was missing. Called and manager didn't really care, said there is nothing they can do now that they have closed. Most awful service at any sonic we ever been to
Decided to start using the app. Both times I've used it so far food has been cold.1st time I had to wait almost 20 minutes to even get my cold food. I live about 3 miles from Sonic so doesn't take long to get there and when I place the order I'm checking out while walking out the door. This time not only was the burger cold the bacon was basically raw. Tried calling 3 times no answer. I won't be using their app again.
My food was served fresh, AND the service was timely! It was absolutely delightful!!!
The drive inns have been closed lately, but the staff randomly picks and chooses who they would like to serve when you pull in. Otherwise, you have to use the drive thru and the line is wrapped around the building. The food has not been fresh!!
Such a trash sonic. The service is bad. The food taste exactly like grease and has been old/cold the past three orders. Today it made my kid and myself so sick. Do not recommend.
literally every dang time I come to this sonic in Conway by the movie theater they always mess my order up tonight I ordered a small strawberry cream cheese milkshake & they rung me up for a medium and charged me almost 5 dollars for it . my milkshake wasn’t even what I asked for the strawberries were soggy the whole milk shake tasted very sour it tasted like it was sitting for hours . & they never answer the phone the line is always busy or I guess they just never plug it up I called 3 times & it never rung .
I said no tomatoes so they blessed me with 2. I'm allergic so I couldn't even eat it. Look at the burnt bread. Everything was cold...very disappointed
I ordered a number 10 which is the classic chicken sandwich and when I got home to eat it I realized they gave me a burger instead.! Tried calling and no answer. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.!
So first off, they literally just handed me my food without a bag. Literally just put my food in my hand and when I asked for a bag for it, he acted like I was crazy.Then, hours later when I go to eat my Oreo Reeses sonic blast, it was not mixed up whatsoever. The top 1/4 of it was loaded with toppings, then the rest was just vanilla ice creamVery disappointing, the other Sonic I frequent off of 544 near Food Lion is great service and great food, this one was the opposite.
