I like this place and would LOVE it if I could get what I want each time. I get there's a supply chain issue, but if a company is going to advertise a menu item, its corporate headquarters needs to make VERY sure their franchises are all well stocked with that item, or include in the ads that said item will be available until supply runs out. Franchises should be given menu board mini banners to place over items no longer available for whatever reason so customers see what they can and can't get. At least there was a stake sign that at hinted that this particular franchise was short on items and working to fix it. The food I did order was great and the service was phenomenally courteous and pleasant. I'll be back again in the future.
Since they opened it hasn’t been one time they got my order right. First time back home in a minute and I was in the mood so I went. Got my order right and the food was hot so I was happy. I wondered why it was so high but didn’t even think about it. Got home to look at my receipt and realize I payed for someone else’s order. They’re so incompetent . Needs new management and employees
Yes it took me this long to try their chicken sandwich! Yes it was good, but not worth rioting for, LOL! They were on point here, fast fresh, and even got extra fries! Thanks Popeye's crew!
Poor customer service, went there again today, the restaurant doors lock , with customer inside cars drive up very busy, waiting a long time to get service. Very rude shift manager , and some staff, another rude lady, yelling out the window telling me to leave because I was complaining. They said they where short staffed, but it was 8 workers standing at the window while I complained to the rude manger that said she was the manager. These is not the first time this has happened, made several trips to the Conway location to get food , no Mac- no nothing. They always out of food, and this is Poor Service. They close the drive through window to do shift change ( 4-5) sometimes around that time. This is only happened on the weekends around the same time. I’m sick and tired of having to wait 30 minutes for food . This is very sad. I love Popeyes food, but the service is bad (afternoon and weekends) Something need to be done and adressed ASAP. Not very happy customer. I could go on to say more. The Rude workers was laughing out loud at me for complaining. No had on name tags. This is not Professional service. I would like a call concerning this behavior , some guy trying to bully me from the inside is not acceptable. I will not be Threaten by anyone ever again from this Popeyes in Conway.
Terrible service and always out of something.
Food is good when they have everything in stock that comes with the family meals. Sitting in the drive thru is sometimes a long wait, but can be entertaining. Several times we have been in line near the menu with several cars behind us. Each of those times an older gentleman (maybe the cook) would come out the back door and look back at the amount of cars sitting there. Then start shaking his head and saying stuff to himself as he stood out there. It was quite funny each time.
Great people although drive through is only current optuon and they are extremely SLOW! Aldo made a mistake per order on our last 2 trips and seemed annoyed when we came back to fix the issue which was missing or wrong sides we paid for. The chicken was good and the people were initially very friendly.
It was good. The Mac and cheese was excellent! Real cheese and lots of it. My complaint is the same I always have with this Popeyes, the legs look like they were from baby chickens. I have never seen such small legs. And you always get at least 4 in a 10PC. Family meal. Other than that it's really good.
Had to wait a few minutes for Fresh chicken tenders. Ot a big deal indy book.. Young man who brought them to my car was beyond kind. Kudos to him and the great team.
Tiny damn chicken pieces, were the birds even 6 months old?Rather out of stock, no honey for biscuits.Came home after $9 combo and made a sandwich. We should have skipped it. It was tasty tho.Back in another 6 months.
