Stopped in for the buffet on the way home from the beach. They were slammed! Several large groups and multiple smaller families and groups. The buffet did crash a couple times because as soon as they brought out pizzas, swarms of people were ready with plates. (It's a very small buffet with one salad bar, and one hot bar with pizza, spaghetti, and bread sticks) The salad bar was refilled quickly as things ran out. And the pizza was hot and fresh. The cheesy bread was the best! But let me tell you, the servers and staff did a great job. You could tell they were overwhelmed by amount of guests they had all at once (with others still pouring in the door), and being short staffed, but they never stopped. You didn't see a single worker standing around or even walking slow. They were all hustling! From the kitchen to the tables. It was like a bee hive! We will definitely go back.
Was excited pizza inn in area but was disappointed ☹️. Mediocre food and lack luster service. had to wait to be seated not busy around 1:30. When waitress came had to ask for menus. Then was asked was it here are to go. Hello ! We walked in the restraunt. Then order food spaghetti deluxe and a med beef and mushroom pizza light sauce. Waitress came back verified order repeated light sauce. When pizza came it was nothing but sauce .on receipt there was no mentionof light sauce. Spaghetti noodles cold with mozzarella and manera sauce few mushrooms and meatballs throwed in. Husbands refill was wrong drink then table was cleaned off while we were still eating. I feel like I worked during my dining experience. $30 wasted
I wouldn't waste my money here. Visit for the first time and CiCis is better. When I arrived it was almost 7pm. Didn't have no pizza on the bar. Had to wait over 30 mins before they start bringing pizza out. And charge $10 for adult and not worth it!

Great service and very clean salad/ pizza bar. Thin crust sausage was fantastic! We were able to request the sausage pizza be added to the buffet and they had no problem doing it for us! Will be back!
If you wanna deal with rude waitresses who never check on their tables again! This is the place for you, waited for 45 mins for refills so we just left, waitress had a horrible attitude and there was hardly any pizza, salad bar was mostly empty
Been eating here all of our lives and this place has become pathetic. Our lunch "buffet" consisted of a small salad and a couple of slices of cold pizza. Almost no selection whatsoever. Waited almost an hour and finally gave up. We never complain but weren't leaving this time without mentioning it to the supervisor. Her attitude was the only thing that could've made our experience any worse. Simply didn't care.
This used to be the best in town. Now I would rate them the worse in town. It’s been a long time since I been and it will be even longer before I go back
We came at 745pm on a Wednesday night. No pizza on buffet, no lettuce on salad bar, hard pasta for spaghetti and burnt sauce that had sat there all day. The girl who sat us and got us a drink...didn't say her name, hello or checked on us. Then another girl decided she'd sweep the carpet around us while we we're eating and dust and food was being thrown in our food. Other tables walked in and kitchen acted as if it was closing time and did not want to refresh the pizza bar. Instead tables were asked what kind of pizza did they want...as if they only had once choice. Needless to say. I grew up in Conway and who ever decided to change management or owners it was a big mistake. Downhill is saying it politely. Try having a manager who isn't still in high school and plays around in the kitchen.
I went today and Friday and the service was extremely bad. Specifically we asked for sauces and they brought the wrong one. We tried to order pizza to be placed on the buffet and they refused to let us do that.
