WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! I called to place an order waited 5 minutes for some one to answer only for them to take my number and put be back on hold. I HAD TO CALL BACK!! Again placed on hold to use a credit for 15 MINUTES!!! I hung up and called back asked for a manager put on hold AGAIN!!!! Will NEVER order from them again!!!!
The wings are always great. The pizza can vary from good to mediocre
Bought a large pepperoni pizza today. There was very little cheese and hardly any pizza sauce. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. Just as bad as Little Caesar’s!
Actually put in everything I ordered. I was missing an entire order of breadsricks and the sauce that came with woth the 1st order of breadsticks and the 2 extra sauces I paid for
We had been using one of your competitors for years but they stopped using masks and the quality of food had diminished. So we tried our local Pizza Hut today and we are so impressed. Your delivery option is so convenient and the person who delivered the pizzas was very pleasant and courteous and was wearing a mask. The food was amazing and arrived quickly. We enjoyed the flavor of your ingredients and the amount you use. We are now new Pizza Hut customers! Thank YOU.
Very poorly ran and operated. Every one in this place claims they are a GM. The entire operation needs to be retrained and re evaluated. I placed and paid for my order through the app. The number connected to my account belongs to my teenage daughter. They first claim the driver called my daughter's phone. Then one of many Gms claimed they called and talked to a man......I'm a single mom. They claim that the order was cancelled by some man they spoke to. I placed my order at 5:25 pm and it was scheduled to arrive at 7:45 pm at almost 8:00 pm i called to be confronted with this when i enquired as to where my order was. There was zero offering of returning my money, zero offering to return my points used and zero offer to make things better for me. All i received when i stated i still wanted my food and didn't cancel was well you can replace and repay your order. Leaving me very upset and angry and disappointed as i often order from this location. Usually for just my children. I would like to see actual action take place with this location. I am aware it is hard to find help in these times but work ethics should never be overlooked for a body to fill a void. I did not reorder

This was the nastiness pizza I've ever eaten. Got there before ot was done had to wait 20. Finally got the pizza and it was cold. I wouldn't allow my dog that place.They wouldn't help at all. They we rude
I don’t live 2.5 miles from this store. It took them an Hour and fifteen minutes to deliver my food. I called them 35 minutes after I was notified it was being delivered to see if something was wrong and again 50 minutes after notification and the driver then showed up. The store management told me “ it should still be warm because it was placed in a warmer and then in a bag! Well news flash, of course it was cold!! Definitely my last attempt at dealing with the Conway Pizza Delivery off 16th AVE.
