This was my first time ordering from Papa Johns. Pizza, and delivery were both a good experience. I will definitely be ordering again.
Tell the person in the SUV (gray I Believe as it was going so fast I couldn't tell) that just flew by my home In Conway Plantation at 7:30 the speed limit is 15 MPH ! We have Kids and they play outside!
Usually order on the one in myrtle, surprisingly to see mostly girls cooking and taking orders, it was pretty awesome.
Always loved papa John's pizza. Garlic sauce changed over the years but still very good pizza

My pizza was delivered by 2 people in an unmarked car with a dog jumping around in the car. My wife called the location where we ordered from. The manager Jennifer started talking over my wife and wouldn’t listen to what we had to say. She hung up on my wife. I called back and she threatened to hang up on me. I tried to explain what happened and she said “We are done” and hung up. She wouldn’t allow us to get a word in before she started hollering about how she wasn’t going to be berated. We never lifted our voice until she hung up on us 6 times. Every time I’d call she’d say “We are done” and hang up. Finally she offered a number to someone else and hung up again. I called back to get her name. She gave it to me and hung up again. I don’t know what is going on over there but Shaquille O’Neal needs to stop by. She was the most rude person I’ve ever talked to in a restaurant setting.
The delivery was delivered by doordash without any indication that it would be. The doordash drivers had a dog jumping around near the food. When we called to let the manager know she was extremely rude, talked over us, and repeatedly hung up on us without even letting us give an explanation! Absolutely terrible customer service!!!
We use them for delivery. Never had any problems with what we ordered on-line. Delivery folks were always polite.

The Papa John's on Hwy 501 in the plaza with Food Lion has the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Papa John's. They're rude and it's unwarranted. I'll never order from this location again.
