Don't know how y'all expect customers when you hang up the phone on them. All I asked was to place an order for pickup because my coworker and I are at work across the street from y'all. I understand y'all don't want to take phone orders but when I tried asking if y'all have a website we could order from instead like every other restaurant has jumped on board with and your employee hung the phone up on me instead of just giving me an answer. Plenty of better restaurants with WAY BETTER customer service. Never offering my business to y'all again

It is a very good hibachi-style Japanese. The food is high quality and the portions are very generous.
I usually pick up a chicken bowl from here at least once a week. The food is consistently good and the service is good relative to the low number of staff they have to operate with due to current staffing issues around the country. Hard working and friendly staff. No dine in currently due to COVID, but if you’re looking for a good takeout place that has reasonable prices Mon Cafe is a good option.
Wow just spent right at 50 bucks at Mon Cafe on 3 steak and shrimp plates and a spicy tuna roll and also gave a $5 tip. Well we asked for extra sauce. They sent my mom home with 6 cups of these smalls cups which is not even half the size of the normal cups. Shown in the picture below. Good food poor service! Asked for extra hot sauce got 1,but received 8 mayonnaise sauces ,asked 3 times ,all she did was point out the 1 hot sauce! Doughty to return!
