If I could give no stars I would! Worst customer service in this location. It was crowded, I knew there would be a wait. At the second window they told me to park ahead. They gave me cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers. I waited 10 minutes to get 2 hamburgers, I finally went in and the girl gave me an attitude. She said everyone has to wait. Don't go there.
They weren't even busy when I went and they managed to mess up just about every part of my order. I ordered a 10ct chicken nugget meal with a large sweet tea. The first issue arose when I got to the window and they only confirmed the nuggets so I paid for the wrong meal and got to the second window and even though they made the mistake made me pay the difference which only makes me more mad because they continued to mess up. They pass me the wrong meal first with 2 cheeseburgers so I give it back and tell them it's wrong so they pass me the right thing, without the sauce I've now confirmed with them like 3 times. I don't bother with it at this point. So I finally get everything without a receipt though, of course, and the fries are cold, no sauce, and they gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Not to mention they were rude during the exchange like I did something wrong but I was nothing but kind while they fumbled about and made mistakes left and right. It was frustrating and a huge waste of my time and money.
Honestly ,I haven't eaten McDonald's for a couple years. I got my favorite, a big mac, and it was warm and tasty ,but then I felt really sick in my stomach for the rest of the night
got here at 9:30 ! now is 10:34 , and i open my burger to make sure there was no ketchup and pickles and the burger looks like someone bit it !!!! NASTY
Fast and friendly service. Overall customer satisfaction was positive. Dining room did need a little work but was understandable being it was lunch time.
Went through drive through and only had a small order for two they were not busy only a couple customers there! Our order was wrong and the food was COLD! Now I remember why I quit going there!
Worst McDonald's ever!!! Save your money and go elsewhere. Cant get an order right to save their life and the staff and manager are extremely rude and disrespectful. This place either needs all new staff, or just needs to be shut down.
If I could leave no stars, I would. This is hands down the WORST McDonalds I’ve been too. I keep giving it chances because it’s close to my house but I won’t anymore. My order is NEVER correct. There’s always at least one thing wrong with my order every single time. It is not that hard to check peoples orders before handing it to them. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They might as well shut down before DHEC does it for them.
Been seeing numerous reports on Facebook from friends and others about roaches being in food and in drinks at this location. Buyers beware there is another Mcdonald's at Back Gate that's a mile from this location that has nice fresh fries and fresh food. Also this location also loves to use old fry oil so fries always have nasty burnt oil after taste if your lucky enough to get food without roaches.
I love the basket of fries, they are always nice and hot..
