This place is always busy & I get it but, we ordered 3 burgers & 1 had no meat just bun & cheese !! It was literally a no pounder … who would think you need to open the box & open the bun to make sure there was meat. I always check the bag now we need to check the box. So sad how hard of a job is it . Tried to call but of course nobody answers & not driving 15 minutes back to complain. Take my money McDonald’s since they don’t have enough .
Dirty lobby and soda station. Slow service. Bunch of guys in there with their pants sagging and I felt like my grand daughter shouldn't have to see that. Really weird because we used to love it there.
Was drivethrew ,my food was fresh with a long line but no more than 5 mints per car
I said NO ONIONS OR PICKLES. I shouldn’t be surprised it’s McDonald’s employees. Fries were so greasy I couldn’t even eat them the wrappers were also all greasy… DISGUSTING GET A NEW COOK ASAP
This used to be my favorite McDonald's. I've noticed the last few times I go there late night my food is gross! They literally gave me a barely half filled soggy fry box! The new staff at night has drastically changed this place.
The girl at the window took our coupon code but then didn't use it on our order. When questioned she said nothing could be done about it because we already paid. Asked for the manager at the next window, told her the situation, she fixed the problem and was very nice about the whole thing. Manager said the girl should have called her as soon as we pointed the mistake out instead of saying nothing could be done. So a very thorough and dedicated manager working at night on 2-20-22 at this store.
That day it was good. We went through the drive through and had to go in to get fresh, hot fries. Sandwiches were good.
Since when Mcdonalds don’t offer small size! Please go to the McDonald’s less than 5 miles cause this on charges for each item individually if you order a small! Talking about the don’t have small no you all want to scam people. Aren’t you price already raised.
