Very disappointed I came here to get food after a long day. I literally had a bug in my soup never have I ever encountered this. Not to mention it’s pretty much cooked into my cheese. I’m so disgusted I cannot even eat paid $14 to have a nat as a garnish
YUMMMM!I came here tonight and ohh boy, was this good! Me and my group were treated wonderfully by the staff here. Very chill place to be and it wasn’t too busy. GREAT FOOD HERE!! I ordered the Club sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese and it was delicious. Nice toast on the bread and the ingredients were very fresh and tasty. I also got to eat a bit of the Italian sandwich and it was great as well. One of my group mates ordered salad and it was HUGE. Good sized proportions. Definitely recommend anyone to come here for a nice bite!!!!
The food is good however… $11 for a 4” sandwich? That’s a bit ridiculous. For the price u should at least make it a full sandwich, not a half. Waste of money

I just went and purchased me a salad for tonight. When I got home to put it in the refrigerator. I figured I would give it a peek. The salad looks delicious. But noticed they only gave me one pack of crackers. I guess whoever fixed it doesn’t like crackers. I mean come on now, who’s gonna eat that big salad with just one pack of crackers. You figure $10 would get more than that. At least maybe two packs, LOL
This is a new location in town. This is the first time I've tried a McAlister's salad, absolutely positively scrumptious!

First time eating at a McAlister Deli. I had chicken tortilla soup and a half hot ham and cheese sub. The food was good!! Great staff, good service!
Food was excellent (their club) Friends brought me there and I had never heard of it before in spite of it being a chain. Service was quick and efficient. You order, they bring it to your table. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that none of the staff wore masks and at the writing of this review Omnicrom variant is rampant. I visited from North Carolina and all the restaurant employees (even fast food) in that state continue to use masks due to Covid. A bit unsettling to find the cashier, food handlers and servers maskless.
Got lunch after church, and the service was spot on! It took us a few minutes to decide what we wanted, and the cashier was patient, and well mannered. Wife ordered a "choose 2" with a chip of soup and a salad, and I got the jalapeño turkey sandwich with a cup of soup. The soup was hot and delicious, but they forgot the salad dressing for my wife's salad. No issue, went back up to get it, and while I was waiting for the dressing, I was asked three additional times by three other people behind the counter if they could help me. My sandwich was ok, I'm not really a fan of avocado wedges on a sandwich, but that's my preference. On a side note, please add jalapeños to the jalapeño turkey sandwich.So service, 5/5. Food, 3/5
