Yummy! I had The Veggie but had them give me the orange cranberry sauce to put on it. Double yummy! ? I also had the potato salad. FYI They now have ice cream. My son got some of that to eat later. I really need to start remembering to take pictures of my food.
Was really looking forward to this place....ordered through Grubhub got a French dip with no dip and no soup that I had added to an order of a few basic things... very disappointed...
Food is always good but this time I’m not sure what happened. There’s like 5 hairs in my sandwich but it’s weird because there different lengths and color, like ones long and blonde and the others a short and black.
I called in the store to explain that multiple items were missing from my order and spoke to Manager Chris. Instead of the refund for the items not received, he insisted on writing my name down the next time I come back to the location. When asked about his DM's name and number he became defensive, said I was being loud and hung up in my ear. Not a great representative of the company where us locals keep them afloat on the off season. The items missing were the most important items needed for my autistic son. He only eats certain foods and was deprived of this today. The bread on the sandwiches were even hard or old. Mistakes happen but Chris could have handled this way better while dealing with the public. I won't be returning to this location ever again even though it is the closest to my home. Corporate will be hearing from me as well. I would urge you not to visit this location while Chris is still in Management!
Great food. Best carrot cake I have ever eaten. Vast menu.. However, very pricey for a deli.
I ordered thru Door Dash. Mac& cheese was missing from kid’s meal so grand daughter was upset. Very little chicken on a croissant(less than 1/2 cup) , but fruit was good.

This location is close by me so I’ve ordered food to go before and haven’t really had any problems until my last couple of visits. I ordered a spud to go, when I got home I found the container had been placed in the bag upside down. So I had to scrape all of my toppings off the lid of the container and put it back on the potato. Not the worst thing in the world I’ll admit just slightly annoying. However, on my most recent visit, I ordered another potato with veggie chili (don’t eat meat). When I got home, my potato was burnt in places and the chili had meat in it. It was inedible to me. I contacted them about the mix up and was offered a refund for the item…two weeks later, still no refund.
In 1989 in an abandoned movie-set diner in Mississippi, the deli with the slogan “Our food is our foundation” came to be. Now, with 400 locations in 28 states “they invite you to come for the food and stay for the experience.” From the famous 13 layers of the McAlister’s Club, to the giant Spuds covered with all your favorite toppings, from the delicious sweet tea to succulent soups and decade desserts. I have dined at a number of different locations and have never had a truly bad experience. Yes, some more memorable than others. This location was commendable as soon as I walked in. Clean, bright open dining area with counter ordering and padded booths and high top tables and chairs. Sitting outside one can enjoy the patio or the second story balcony. I ordered the McAlister Club with smoked turkey, Black Forest ham, bacon, sharp cheddar, mix of greens, sliced tomato, mayo and McAlister's Honey Mustard™ on wheat toast. I enjoyed the many layers of deli fresh meats and cheese, crisp greens and fresh produce, nicely stacked on wheat toast complimented with mayo and honey mustard. My side was the Mac and Cheese, that was hot and creamy with a nice mix of cheddar, American and Neufchatel cheese. To further enhance my deli dining experience, I picked up the Colossal Carrot Cake to go. A nice slice of moist carrot cake with walnuts and cream cheese frosting. My dessert of choice. Needless to say, the whole piece didn’t make it home. The long hair across my pickle was a slight deterrent but counter staff were quick to replace it with 3 more. Kalie was personable and our food came quick.
