My daughter took me there today for my first time. The most amazing food ever!! Could not have had better service from the sweetest couple. We had the best time! Thank you so very much!! We will definitely be back ❤
Took our out of town guests here for dinner tonight after bragging about the food quality only to be VERY disappointed!Frozen margarita was running over to the point of running on table and left by server. Calamari (new to menu) was so over fried that we could not taste calamari. Told server how much I liked their guacamole but when it came it was just half smashed avacado with NO seasoning at all. Server told us they ran out at lunch and went to the store to get this! Our guest specified to have diablo sauce on side and plate came completely SMOTHERED in diablo sauce. Chicken fajitas were tasteless. We have eaten here so many times and always loved it. Not sure we will be back!! Very very disappointed!! I see by the recent feedback that others have had the same reaction to their dining experience.
When I first started going it was great food. The last couple of times it hasn't been so great. I decided to give it one last try. The food lacked flavor, undercooked items, and being forgotten once seated and given drinks. Today's experience was the last straw. Not only did the food lack flavor but the queso cheese was more like watered down soup than anything. So you can imagine that what I ordered that had queso on it was more like eating flavorless chunky water. The rice was very hard and felt like I was eating warm rocks. Our waiter ended up spilling half of the watered down queso that was on the plate on the floor and on my husband's shoe trying to deliver our food after waiting quite some time for the food to even get there. We will not be coming back.
The wife got something that I can't pronounce or spell, but it was some kind of fajita. And I ordered the steak burrito which turned out the best I ever had. The staff was so friendly and cool we tipped the crew $50
The food is delicious. They don't necessarily get the order right so double check it before you pay. They've messed up my order twice now. I don't know what the atmosphere looks like because I did a pickup order and my husband went in. The service is good. I would like to add though, that I ordered some food a few weeks ago and when I didn't arrive there in 15 minutes they called me and sounded really ticked off. Yes, the man actually sounded confrontational! "Why aren't you here? Where are you?" I get that they might have been worried that I was going to stiff them, which I never would do, but they need to keep it professional and positive if they want people to return (and if they want people to give good tips).I tipped them well in spite of myself and will probably give them one more chance.
I order fajitas and my boyfriend ordered this giant burrito, they were both really delicious. Staff was super attentive. Not just our waitress came to the table, but like 3 or 4 other staff members as well if they just walked by had asked us if we needed anything (that was very nice and I have never been to a place where the staff has been so attentive to a table).
When it comes to a good seafood menu and great service, this is the place. The server told us about the daily special and described in detail how each dish was prepared. Our glass was never empty and I won't forget this place if I pass through again. In a world that has lost customer service this place still has it.

I have been to the Conway Margaritas location many times over the last 4 years, it just gets worse over time. In the past we have had slow service, the waitress snapped at my daughter once because she asked for sugar for the tea that was supposed to be sweet. Tonight was horrible it started with slow service, after we waited about 15 minutes my husband had to go get someone to take our order. At the end of our meal we asked for churros with 2 scoops of ice-cream which took an additional 20 minutes, he returned with one and we had to ask for the second one again. When we received our bill they had charged an %18 tip to the bill. I guess it doesn't matter what kind of service you provide if you force your guests to tip you!
Always great. I could eat the tacos and the beans 3 or 4 times a week. I wish they had a good 3 taco and side of beans or rice for a flat price. But we have to use a la carte. That's a little more expensive than a plate price. But it's still great and we still go every chance we get.
