I've never gotten a pizza from a pizza place that has ever been barely cooked and not even cut enough to be ripped apart into it's slices. I might as well save money and get a food lion frozen pizza and cook it in the sun. Even the cheesy bread sticks are still dough
Absolutely appalled!!! Walked in to order a quick dinner after working all day for me and the mrs, and in the back where the pizza, food, etc is made, was a large guy with a beard to match, unwrapping and then pressing dough into the pans! No gloves on, no face mask, and no cover over his beard!!! If I wanted extra YUK! in my food, I came to the right place! Whatever happened to STANDARDS people??!! Are you serious?? Never, never, NEVER going back!! Disgusting!! ?
Called and said what I wanted but then was put on hold forever. One of those places that will put you on hold hoping you will hang up and go somewhere else I guess. Which we ended up doing, geez.
We ordered our pizza then we get notice saying it was ready well it was not ready for another 35 mins then the tried to give me a wrong pizza 3x befor getting it right the lady helping us was very rude and everyone could tell she was being just hateful we will never use this one again
this is the second time i ask for a stuffed crust pizza and get a regular cheese pizza. complained to hq and they said they would get in touch with the owner and never heard back!! wtf just close this location instead of selling trash!
I have always had issues with this location. The last time I went I was greeted at the door and was well taken care of and he told me he was the new gm. So I told him I was glad to have someone so helpful and nice working there. Well today I went for lunch and was not greeted at all.the lady's name tag said manager. I walked in with with a smile on my face hoping to have the same experience as last time. She never once mouthed a word to me.I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone if they asked my opinion

Deep dish pepperoni pizza did not have any sauce if any the spoon pass by it. Never have had a problem here before other than have to wait for the pizza.
I really never do reviews, but I had to do this one. Not happy at all!!! I ordered a extra most best stuff crust pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, and 2 orders of crazy bread. I called in my order at 4:30 and got there at 5:30 for pick up. After paying for my food, I'm waiting 15 more minutes and then they tell me they are out of crazy bread and replacing them with cheese bread WITHOUT even asking if that's what I want. Then one of the pizzas was the WRONG pizza!!! This place was WAY BETTER BEFORE!!! I don't know what happened, but I will not return to this location????????????????????????????????????????????????
Lately the pizza has been hit & miss. Always order on the app but my order was somehow lost. Manager was very gracious & pizza was perfect!
