This is the fourth time I’ve order from Jeresy Mike’s on church st. In Conway. The last two times I felt like I just paid $30 for 2 hoagies that were bread, lettuce and tomato. The meat and cheese were so thin and one layer, need i say more. I don’t know what’s going on there lately but this is the Last time I will buy subs from there. Not worth any more of my money!
Makes sandwiches without bacon... (sandwiches that include bacon) have to ask them to put it on EVERY time.Revised 4-3-2022. Still have to ask for bacon. Dirty store. Watched manager clean off meat slicer area with rag, slinging lettuce and other crumbs etc.Into bread rack. Came from cleaning to make subs without washing hands. Another was eating behind counter and went straight to making subs without washing hands. Another taking money, staight to making subs without washing hands. Cooking one hot subs at a time...with multiple tickets lined up. One man was waiting for 30 min for his hot sub. Girl had terrible attitude, slinging around subs, throwing meat on grill, just making a terrible mess. All with LOTS of attitude, while manager just let her act fool in front of a room full of customers.
Jersey Mike’s is always fresh and delicious. I like the Philly Cheesesteak occasionally. Jersey Mike’s is the place to go for a hot fresh sub.
As far as I’m concerned; we should all agree that “smacking a b!tch” shouldn’t be considered a figure of speech in the workplace. Especially not coming from a manager.
Have had the steak and cheese a few times, and it's always been excellent. Lean meat, generous amount, fresh, soft bread. Far better quality and consistency than their local competitor. We'll definitely keep coming back.
For the price if the subs there was 1 thin layer of meat and they did not put everything I asked for on it don't call in your order so you can see them put the stuff you ask for it just not worth eating there
Quick service today. Staff was friendly. My original Italian sub was great. I ordered a giant and ate the whole sub.
The store was not busy today and took 45 mins for the subs. My parents went inside to see the hold up very rude when my mom asked for the drink we ordered online and said to grab the drink herself. They were fooling around doing nothing until my mom presented herself. Do not recommend.
I worked here about two years ago. Amanda the manager was terrible, all the credit card tips went to her & not the staff. Food is great though, definitely better than subway.
Love this shop! The girl with pink hair and the girl with short hair were super friendly to me last night. I ordered a giant italian and just finished the other half of my sub for lunch!! So amazing.
