Every time I come it’s a great experience! The waiters are great, they make sure you are well taken care of and happy as well. I absolutely love the staff, hibachi & of course the sushi! My favorite would have to be the clear soup! Very much recommend!!
Have wondered about this place since they opened,had been reading the VERY mixed reviews and decided it was time to try it......There wasn't much of a wait to be seated...(4-5 minutes),once our party was seated we did wait about 10-15 minutes before a server came to us and took a drink order,once we had our drinks she took our food orders and things slowed down from there......when we did FINALLY start getting food it was haphazard to say the least,things brought out one at a time instead of all of us getting appetizers/entrees at same time,the food was fairly good for the most part,and server did check on us once in a while.......I DONT like that they IMPOSE a tip on groups,and it's supposed to be on groups of 8 or more,we were actually 3 separate groups that decided to sit together instead of taking 3 different tables,and each individual check had an 18 per cent tip already imposed on it....my group of 2 became a bill of over $70 with tip applied the food and service were NOT good enough to warrant that kind of bill for two people,we could have went to Conway Chinese or golden corral for half that costs and had better food and service
By far the worst to go food I have ever eaten. It smelled awful, the inside of the restaurant was gross looking and smelled awful. I tried to eat it and got sick to my stomach immediately.
This is the best all you can eat sushi restaurant I have ever been to! I have been to many all you can eat sushi restaurants in several different states and this one is hands down, the best! The sushi is made perfectly, the food is amazing and the staff is super friendly! I can't say enough nice things about Ichiban! I had high hopes, and they met and surpassed all of them! Do yourself a favor and visit Ichiban! The best I've found along the whole East Coast!
I love this place. The food is so good and fresh. Order a little at a time and 1/2 portion the hibachi entrees as they are huge. The rock shrimp, squid salad, and sushi is incredible. Friendly staff and very clean.
It was very clean and the waitress was very courteous and attentive. The appetizers were ok, the salads that we had were most tasteful however the sushi was lacking flavor and really everything tasted the same. The salmon inside of the rolls was mush...like it was ground up. Yuck. $17 lunch price was excessive for the quality.We did not try the hibachi.
We had to take a trip to Conway on a bright Sunday afternoon. After taking care of the business at hand, we were heading back toward town on Church Street and noticed Ichiban. Neither of us had eaten at an Ichiban. There's a first time for everything they say.Sundays at Ichiban is all you can eat all day long. When it's your first time at a place, you don't know what you don't know. Ada was our server and took the time to explain to us the process and was a great meal guide. Everything we had was outstanding. From our sushi rolls to the main dish, everything was fresh and wonderfully tasteful.We thanked Ada for helping guide us to a great meal and she provided exemplary service. If you're ever in Conway, Ichiban is very much worth the visit.
Great for what it is, all you can eat sushi. Too many signs in the restaurant designed to shame you into ordering less with the threat of charging by weight what you don't eat. Just one posted sign is enough folks. Otherwise mostly tasty and great service.
Great service, great food, very clean restaurant
They did raise the prices, but the food is well worth it. Always amazing and prompt service, the food is always fresh and out fast. The only place I get sushi in Conway.
