Very rude, and slow moving employees. The sausage gravy ALWAYS tastes like it is old. I just got their breakfast again after two or three years, and the last time I had it the sausage gravy tasted old. As soon as the gravy touches your tounge you get hit with this weird, tangy, old taste that just puts the ehole meal off. What a joke. Make stuff like it used to be(fresh, with pride, and with passion and flavor) or shut down. What a joke of an establishement that has clearly lost their values, pride, respect for food and people, and morals. Their lunch food is good, their breakfast food taste like it was pulled out of a landfill, heated up and served.
Have visited a couple times since moving to the area a few months ago. Each time drive thru and always something left off the order or wrong. Huge pet peeve!
The only thing worse than their customer service is the burgers. Who messes up a frisco? This location does. Waited forever when no one else was in the drive through. I rarely come here and when I do I regret it each time. But after getting a luke warm frisco today I will never be returning. It's a wonder this place is still open.
Really great burgers really bad service the service is killing that restaurant.
Both my wife and myself enjoy the Frisco burger with extra mayo. Also like the jumbo hot dogs and apple and blue berry pies. Cassandra is a great member of the Hardee's team. She is training new employees to smile to customers.
Service was awful. Burger wasn't even done. Drive thru was slow even though there wasn't but 2 of us. I brought the undercooked hamburger back and they said they would recook me one. I said no. I just wanted my money back. The manager only refunded me for the sandwich not the whole combo. I went there for breakfast once and the food was hot and delicious but the service was awaful. After those 2 experiences I definitely won't be back. I can always get a burger somewhere else.
I have been going there once or twice a week for several months. Three weeks in a row during mid day they didn't have onion rings They are seemingly always out of something. Two weeks in a row they didn't have bacon for my much loved Frisco burger and of course you can't get other sandwichs if you ain't got bacon!!! 2 different times the missing item was cheese.... smh!!!. The service is slow but if they have all the ingredients the food is great!! One of my favorite places to eat BUT maybe not the one in Conway!!!
Good was good, and hot, but the wait was too long there was no one in front of me or behind me but I waited almost ten minutes for my order. That was upsetting.
Took a little longer than I thought it was for my order but everything was correct and tasted good.
They are horrible. Especially the black girl in the window that passes out the food. Her attitude was real nasty. I didn't like her.Hardees need to look at the people they put on the front line and the people they put in drive thru. They could learn a couple pointers from Chick FIL A....
