I am not one to usually complain but unfortunately this morning I went to this facility and there was a bug in my coffee. Coffee is expensive enough but to have to throw away 1/2 a cup of cold brew because of a bug is not ok!
I came in yesterday on June 9 and ordered some food, it was a little cold but the staff had amazing customer service and remade the whole order for me. I came in today as well and there was a problem with the order and the staff fixed the problem for me. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I come to and the staff never gives anything less than exceptional service and are patient with the customers ??
I requested for a water no ice, avocado toast with tomatos on the side in the box, and sweet pepper seasoning added. My friend requested a chicken bacon croissant with white cheddar, and a chocolate long john..We Paid ForWater with ice, avocado toast with cold old bacon, no tomatoes, no sweet pepper seasoning cause then have to open another pack of it. So I paid for a snack bacon that was gross and Cold and old , didn't eat any of it. A Croissant with American cheese, and a custard filled cicle doughnut. If the help I don't have attitude I think I could have looked past the entire experience. WORST DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS EVER
I use to love this location… I went in today after a few months of not going and the store is dirty, Trash is almost overflowing, and the guy behind the counter had absolutely NO Customer service skills!
Whoever is the kid at the drive through needs a reality check. Taking orders with an airpod in one ear, being rude, had an attitude. This has had a couple times now. Hopefully someone in management sees this and corrects this. Can’t even get a “have a good day” smh
I just met Mr Joe who owns the Atlantic Glass and I have to say that he is a pleasure to talk to. I just went in for a job interview but I love speaking to him and his secretary was wonderful
We stop heere frequently for their sausage, egg and cheese croissants, plus coffees. Their food is always hot and fresh, and their coffee is hard to beat. This location has great service and they are always friendly as well.
Avocado toast with bacon.In the weekday, I drive out of my way to make sure I go by this particular Dunkin', because someone there is a true food artist. The other ones just don't put the TLC into it. Highly recommended.
This location is hit or miss.I get a large iced coffee with half pumps sugar free vanilla and half cream.It never tastes the same.I find when I go to the drive thru I get too much cream and no flavor. When I go in store the older graying guy makes me the most consistent flavorful drink that actually wakes me up!If you go in the morning, I recommend taking the time to park and go inside for the best quality.
Went through drive thru. And girls had no mask on supposidly all covid vaccinated and were in close quarters. A girl in there was stuffed up making peoples coffees and grabbing donuts and not even caring i asked and she even stated she was sick, putting people at risk who cant receive that vaccine or risking people who dont want to get it but are trying to becareful
