It's okay. here's only 2 options at Dunkin: everything is perfect or everything is horrible. I did a mobile order 3 weeks ago from here And I got a perfect donut and a perfect iced coffee. Today I did a mobile order, my coffee (exact same as before, through the app) tasted like dirty dish water and my donuts were stale but at least the people were nice.
Horribly slow. The drive thru line typically wraps around the building and parking lot in two directions and hardly moves. I have also not yet received the correct order here, not once. Another knock against them, they have given me several cold cups of "hot" coffee and the bagels are hard and probably not baked properly. There should be procedures in place (and training) for how to consistently make the items properly. It is also very typical to have to pull up to the front of the building and wait 15 mins for your order to be ready. If the store is under staffed (which looking behind the counter, it isn't understaffed), then shame on the scheduling manager. If the store is properly staffed, then it's time to trim the fat and get rid of the dead weight on the team. The only reason this place hasn't gone under, is because it's the only show in town. There's no competition. A great investment idea would be for someone to open up another Dunkin or Starbucks in the area! It would be a guaranteed success if ran properly!
The staff is extremely nice and the drive thru lines moves very quickly. I've also ordered online and when I got there my order was ready. Definitely recommend this location.
I actually paid it forward in the drive thru. The food is always fresh here and the workers are always friendly
It’s awfully bold of the older man with glasses blue eyes and salt and pepper stubble to talk disrespectfully about customers blatantly in front of them. “They stand their looking stupid and wait for you to start making their drink before asking questions. It’s a 60 cent up charge.” Well you can take it out of the 3 dollar tip I left you on a 2 dollar coffee. Everyone else who works there is wonderful and friendly but whoever that guy is shouldn’t be training new staff if he doesn’t understand the basics of customer service.
This place is either so good or either so bad, no in between. Also when they have you wait in the morning for rush hour you’ll literally sit there for a good 15-20 minutes watching all other cars pass by. Which is understandable however they just bring your coffee out like you didn’t just spend 20 minutes waiting.
Disappointed ☹️ 3 days in a row messed up my order .I would go somewhere else in the morning if there were another Duncan or even a Starbucks nearby. I know that they are super busy most of the time but no excuses . Especially when they repeat the order back & it’s still wrong ….

This Dunkin Donuts was the best but not so much. But I have gotten to this one within the past few months and the people at the Drive-thru was nice and quick but it was early in the evening so the Drive-thru was not bad at all.
Must say I was disappointed. I always go by for something. The last couple of times the pumpkin spice latte has been just awful and the croissant has been cardboard like. Starting to wonder......
