Worst prejudice restaurant experience. Called to place a to go order and the incompetent hostess put me on hold forever. I then got to the restaurant and a total of 18 people inside mostly at the bar, not even busy. I go to the bar and the bartender wouldn’t take my order but referred me to the incompetent hostess instead. Seriously NEVER coming back.
We ordered online the other night. It gave us a time when it would be done. It was done sooner than that and they actually called to let us know which doesn't usually happen at other places I've been. We ordered Chicken tenders, boneless Chicken(mild), fries, tots, Mac n cheese bites and steak. Everything was great! We will definitely be eating there again!
One of the best restaurants I ate at in a long time. I'm visiting South Carolina and I must say this place has given my mouth a wonderful wonderful treat.
Super slow service and the place smells horrible. The smoking takes over the whole place. Definitely need better ventilation. We had to ask for our food togo it was so bad. Then when we actually went to eat the food it was burnt to a crisp. The wings were fried so hard they were like rubber. One of the worst experiences ever.
It's hit or miss with the quality of the food. When their food is not over cooked and the chicken isn't like rubber, they have the best boneless wings around. The last three times I've gone, I've ordered 3 different wing flavors. The Garlic parmesan wings came out juicy and tender. The Keith's Sweet Heat tasted like they had been reheated multiple times-almost like little pieces of rubber slathered with sauce, and the Cajun Honey were lacking sauce and also like rubber. It takes a while to get your food. They say about 20-25 minutes, but I usually have to wait about 40-45 minutes. They allow indoor smoking, so if you stand inside long, you will smell like cigarettes, hence- why I always order takeout. I really wish they cared about the quality of food they serve.
Service was kinda slow. We had a party of 11, with 2 small kids, but it took over a hour to get food after we ordered. Looked like only two waitresses working, and I'm guessing that one of them was training. Noticed that after we got our food, others were getting theirs pretty quickly, so msg have had an issue in the kitchen. Just speculating.
Won't ever be back. Went this afternoon for lunch. I ordered the 6 piece chicken tender basket for $8.49. Waitress asked if I wanted fries or chips with it. I said "fries", thinking that they came with it. Apparently, she had just upgraded me to a dinner basket that costs over $14 dollars. When the slip came for me to sign, it was $33.00. I had to ask the hostess to find the waitress because i thought she gave us the wrong bill. The waitress came with a small register slip showing me that what we both ordered was the expensive basket. So what I thought was an average lunch ened up being ridiculously expensive lunch for the addition of about a cup of French fries. Like I said, won't ever go back.
Love the food! The ribs are out of this world! Our server, Samantha had wonderful energy, it's nice to see happy people at work!
We had wings ribs and a salad with grilled chicken were over cooked and dry. If they could solve this it would be very good
The food is amazing, and the wings are top tier. I would've given it a 5 star rating if the service was better.
