I'm new to Cook Out, but it has become my favorite fast food spot. I'm still going through the menu, and it is extensive, with more options than the name would suggest.The burgers are great. They have that flame broiled taste like Burger King's. I also love the Hush Puppies, which is a nice alternative to fries and onion rings, which they also have.I'm a big fan of the quesadillas and I like that there are good alternatives to the usual burger/chicken offerings from most fast food places.Lastly, my daughter loves the shakes, especially the Oreo one.There are a lot of options and frankly, the size of the menu and the way it's presented can be a bit daunting, especially in the drive thru if you've never been, but the service is friendly and patient and so far, everything has been very good. If you're from somewhere where they don't have this joint, like I was, I recommend you take the opportunity to try it.
I decided to stop and grab some lunch here after hearing good things from a coworker and i will not be back again. We Went through the drive thru about 5-10 minutes ago. After being told we could add whatever to the burgers i was telling them what i wanted on mine, the lady then cut me off while i was in the middle of telling her what i wanted in it. Which was extremely rude then when i opened my tray i only had 5 onion rings and 5 cheese curds which were COLD. I’m not a picking eater so the burger wasn’t too bad at all which is why i gave 2 stars instead of 1
Honestly the worst Cookout I’ve ever been to. The woman working the drive through was rude and very short. She had zero patience while we were looking at the menu making our choices. We got home and opened the box and we were completely missing French Fries. The other side was supposed to be cheese curds and we only received five of them (how is this a side)? I’ve blacked out the name of the cashier/drive through employee but we are extremely dissatisfied and would have driven back if we weren’t home already.
Are you irritated that a simple restaurant can’t figure out how to handle a simple two car line that they strive about and make sure that everybody knows it works well timeframe says otherwise. They control their line with a cash out “cookout” of more than 10 minutes from the original receipt but is also funny no tax no luxury’s tax any extra fees are not on the customer receipt. Come on let’s be real
This location is located near a college, so the late night hours (after 10 pm) are pretty busy. I got a cheeseburger and a hotdog. The drive-through line was really long so we went to the pick-up window instead, the process was relatively quick considering staffing and the long line at the drive-through. All in all, the food is relatively cheap, and filling. Usually consistent as well. I did also get a side of white cheddar bites and I purchased the full size, but the amount of bites were like what they would put in a tray (half a size?) so that was disappointing, but I enjoyed them anyway.
I come here often, great 2am only place is open food. Honestly, very addicting even at normal hours of the day. Made a lot of memories hanging out in the parking lot while chowwing down
Great prices and awesome food. It's more of a southern store. I'm from the north east and I wish these were located here. As well as the Cheerwine drinks. Customer service is always good and never a long wait. I stop here every time I go south for any reason. You get exactly what the sign says, Cookout style burgers and all the good sides to go with it. I just can't get over how cheap the place is!!!!
Top notch junk food. Incredible menu of side items. Cheddar Bites are excellent.Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake is phenomenal.
We just came to the Conway, SC cookout which used to be really good. Ordered two trays, both with double burgers. Well the burgers came with one small patty and the other was only a half patty. They are taking your hard earned money and giving you half of hat you pay for plus it was burnt. Pictish of my sandwich not my husband’s. This place has went so far down hill it’s pathetic. I will not waste my hard earned money here any more.
Usually LOVE this place however seems to keep cost down they are sacraficing quality. Double burgers are no longer double just one burger cut in half, barely any meat and burnt. Would rather they increase prices instead of decreasing the quality of their food.
